I just got done watching The Amazing Digital Circus pilot since I had been seeing a lot about it. I think it's stunning visually, and I'm really into the character designs. The story I definitely do think I could get behind, but I did find it to be pretty fast paced and not fleshed out the greatest. I won't give it too much criticism though as obviously, it's a pilot and they need to get all their core elements into the episode, so I think it's excuseable. My only real issue I had with it, which is just very personal to me, is I did not find the humor funny at all. Which obviously will differ from person to person, but me, it wasn't really my thing. I'll still be sure to follow it's development though as I can see myself watching this casually if a full season was to be produced. What are your thoughts on the pilot?

Alright, this might just be my hottest take yet, but it's been on my mind so I'll say it, am I the only one on planet Earth who isn't in love with Unicorn Warriors Eternal? I don't know, something about the writing, the characters, and sometimes the voice acting honestly just isn't doing it for me? Especially after following up Primal, my favorite work of Genndy's and one of my most loved watches to date, it just feels so lackluster to me? I don't need my shows to be gore heavy or overly adult to enjoy them, but I feel like Unicorn Warriors is almost too watered down? Too tame? The animation is still beautiful, obviously, but that's honestly all I find myself enjoying about it? (Honestly I was pretty bored sometimes) I'd really like to hear what anyone else thinks because I feel like maybe I'm the only one or I need to rewatch it or something
