Flower Study — doing macro photography of flowers has raised my appreciation of nature to a whole new level. While on a walk on Camber Sands beach, I could not help but notice this father and son interaction. The father was teaching his son kayaking. He had to illustrate to his son several times how to negotiate a wave. This reminded me of my own childhood growing up on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Just like in the image, nature always makes you feel small. In the sea, there are no right turns or left turns. There is no « right way «  or «  wrong way « . You have to constantly tune into the forces of nature (wind, waves) and go with the flow.
