I get really passionate and furious about another comic's fat shaming jokes on the latest episode of Cambridge Comedy Underground.

If you consider yourself a liberal, why? What drew you to it? What about this idealogy makes you passionate? Is it because you care about human rights? Identity matters to you? Maybe you're a minority and you feel like it's the default box? If you're a liberal, how do you view the other side? Are they people that you inherently love even if you fundamentally disagree with? Or are they monsters; people that you consider your mortal enemy? If you came across a Trump supporter in need would you stop to help them, or would you revel in their pain? Let's take away that qualifier, actually. Let's just say they're somebody without blatant political ties who committed a micro aggression. Maybe they used the wrong pronouns, or said a bad phrase. Are you the type of liberal that draws the line or do you want to reach and help them? Maybe even try and educate them? Who's worse: the teenager in the Midwest with the culturally-appropriated prom dress or the thousands of liberals online that brutally harassed her? Do you really care about people or do you disguise your innate cruelty through a veil of morality? If you were in a position to help somebody, would a simple mistake on their part make you reconsider? Or would you be their Good Samaritan? Keeping all this in mind, I present to you Scrupulous Productions' latest short film, Colored People. Directed by Dan Harrold, executive produced by me, written by Matthew Drew and starring Matthew, Michael Naughton, Chris Barron and GrandpaDan Bollen.

This is me doing twenty minutes of comedy opening a show in a packed theater. I'm very proud of it.
