gojo is seen playing the guitar in the new jujutsu kaisen movie this makes me happy for teenage gojo because the rigidity and regulations of his clan could not take away his interest in life and art. Meanwhile at 28, he had no hobbies and interests because he'd dedicated his life to the jujutsu society and the next generation. His clan couldn't take away his joy but the jujutsu society sure did, satoru had stopped living long before his actual death

this panel breaks my heart so much because 28 is a young‌ age, hell more than half of his life is still in front of him. And then saying that he tries not to get too involved in anything when hobbies and experiences are what makes our lives enjoyable and worth living. It's like satoru lived his whole life sacrificing and working for the next generation but what about himself? What about enjoying things for himself outside his identity of being the strongest sorcerer, outside trying to protect the future generation? you deserved to live as well satoru, not just fight, not just protect, but really live :(

no no listen theoretically zoro is everything that sanji dislikes but in reality zoro is the one who becomes sanji's silent comfort in the ship and a person to rest and rely on and the first one to show sanji that he is worth sacrificing zoro's life for and the one to have a playful relationship with where sanji doesnt have to take the role of serving/protecting the person in some way it's just a fun and lighthearted bond that lets sanji's inner child experience joy and playfulness without any type of responsibility or burden I FEEL UNWELL

2025 met gala looks that remind me of the jjk characters

Gojo : (Diana Ross) : grandiose, majestic, and dreamy just like my glorious blue eyed king. It's a showstopping piece that took everyone's breath away and was the talk of the event that's satoru. But i also choose it because of the emotional depth of this fit : The long 18 feet train of the dress is embroidered with the names of her children & grandchildren to honor the most important ppl in her life, and i believe that's a very satoru move who loves his students and friends very loudly and very much (imagine him pulling this move and megumi is like wtf but giggling on the inside)

Geto : (Jennie Kim) : the classic pearls chanel elegance femininity but the hints of masculine elements with the tailored silk pants feels very cool and VERY suguru. Plus the gorgeous bow hairstyle would be like a new twist to suguru's hair game

shoko (Miley Cyrus) : hear me out the contrast in textures (the elegant silk with rowdy leather) reminds me of shoko the way her life is full of contrasts (she is a healer, she smokes cigarettes, meets a friend after he committed mass murder and greets him like yo criminal) she's the embodiment of effortless cool and rugged sophistication and this look was the most shoko look ever

nanami : (khaby lame) : oh i LOVE this fit, the elegant tailoring but relaxed structure of the suit gives off a very effortlessly put together vibe, like a casual nanami fighting curses while his sleeves are rolled-up. But also this fit reminds me of nanami's time based pact where he keeps his cursed technique suppressed til 5pm (while he's on the clock) and only releases his full power when he's doing "overtime".

sukuna (Teyana Taylor) : sukuna might be fraudulent but he IS a king after all and this fit exudes that regal, commanding raw power suited for a king It's grand and majestic, it gives off luxury, wealth and power

yuuji : (chapelle roan) : The metallic accents and glitter of this fit makes me think of yuuji's vibrant bold impulsive personality where he throws himself in front of a curse cz he wants to save his friends. The pink disco glam speaks to his playful lighthearted fun character

nobara (halle Bailey) : It's a glamourous chic fit but also fun and playful. u can move around, dance and have a good time while looking cute asf - that's nobara core

megumi : (Iman Hammam) simple black n white palette but the quiet chaos of the polka tie, the feathery headpiece and the pointed tow glitter heels is very megumi

Maki (Cardi B) : the fit looks powerful, commanding, and confident just like maki. And the silver brooch reminds me of maki's cursed weapons.

Toge : (Mona Patel) : at first look this is just a pretty dress but when u really take in the details of the sharp tailoring, the corset embroidery, the spine-like structure trailing down her back and an actual real robotic dog made by MIT accompanying her - it becomes exceptional just like with toge. Toge is so much more than just a pretty hot perfect sexy boy who says "salmon", He has a powerful, layered and fun personality despite his CT restrictions, he's a hidden gem.

Look 1 : (Raúl Domingo) : this would be glam disco sanji during parties with other pirate groups

Look 2 : (Hunter Schafer) : date night fit, sanji would show up like this for a preppy date night and absolutely sweep his lady love off her feet

Look 3 : (Ugbad Abdi) : this is glam over the top sanji he'd wear this on some undercover mission when he has to blend in with some nobles and gather intel and hearts in some high-end party

Look 4 : (Alton Mason) : this look would be for when sanji would be going for a sexy night when the sunny docks at an island somewhere (he even has a jeweled eyepatch yup bougie sanji)

Look 5 : (adut akech) : this would be candy-chan sanji in the momoiro island when he'd be going for a glam look, the gorgeous legs and the fluffy pink feather is very candy chan!

Luffy (Doechii) : it's fun, stylish and a bit goofy also reminds me of whole cake luffy when he was crashing that chopped wedding

zoro (joey king) : the beautiful green is there plus the golden and silver accents reminds me of zoro's swords

Nami : (sabrina carpenter) : it's not over the top glam but stylish, sexy and fun, that's nami's vibe

Robin (Jodie Turner-Smith) : the cool hat and the equestrian theme, looks like sth Ms All Sunday would wear

Franky (Colman Domingo) : majestic dramatic showstopping. he is IT and he knows it yup that'd be franky

Sanji (Raul Domingo) : (this was hard cz i have so many more looks for him) just look at it. It's a funky glitter suit. and there's a scarf wrapped like a bow around his neck. it's romantic, it's stylish, it's put together, it's sanji, Raul is cosplaying as sanji here

Usopp (Bad Bunny) : sharp and stylish, he attends the met at 7 and handles crew emergency at 7:30, he got jewels on his gloves but tools in his bag

Chopper (Chapelle) : fun and glittery he'd look dapper in a metallic disco glam suit and fun accessories

Brook (Laura Harrier) : the flowy silhouette reminds me of souls floating in the afterlife

Jinbei (Lupita Nyong'o) : the calmness of the palette reminds me of jinbei's calm and soothing nature. The sharp and dapper look gives a nudge towards his democratic nature while the glittery eyebrows is like a wink to his playful character!

Luffy : accidentally deleted nami's budget sheet that one time and has been banned from using the crew's common computer without supervision. thinks excel is a new type of snack, everytime someone mentions a spreadsheet he spreads a sheet on the floor and takes a nap

usopp : both. currently trying to train luffy by going pavlov style but it's no luck cz luffy keeps forgetting everything the next day

zoro : neither. keeps his logs in a bloodstained notebook

nami : exclusively uses google sheets to keep log of all the ppl she roped into whatever pyramid scheme she got going on at the moment. Got separate backed up files on weather data, the ship's budget, and zoro's debt schedule

robin : excel. actually is an excel scientist who recommends new features and formulas. But all her proposals are just morbid and makes the senior management terrified. her latest project "formula on how likely someone is to die based on their last 5 decisions" is currently waiting for approval in the headquarters

sanji : google sheets. every sheet is color-coded, ingredient-tagged, and automatically generates weekly menus based on the crew's preferences. Has special filters for nami-robin's hormonal cycles and his annoyance level towards zoro. puts love notes in the comment section and sends heart-shaped graphs to nami and robin in leisure time

chopper : both, he might be a baby but he's a capricorn. started hustling right after he popped out off the womb.

franky : excel. everything is password protected but rumour has it that if u type SUPERRR in a specific cell of his spreadsheet, it starts the process of launching a missile

brook : neither. accidentally deletes data all the time and blames it on being dead yo ho ho

jinbei : excel. neat spreadsheets, and very organized. Has a password protected hidden database containing timestamped entries of everytime zoro and sanji did some unnecessary homoerotic shit in the middle of a serious battle. everytime he updates it, he gotta meditate next to the ocean for 2 hrs

hello, please can i have your opinion on yuki tsukumo?

10/10 character she has a very influential and empowering presence no matter how scarce her appearance is in the series. She was the perfect embodiment and role model of what it means to be a sorcerer (jjk manga spoilers under the cut)

Her philosophy : The way yuki lived her life, rejecting to sacrifice her life and merge with tengen for the "greater good" showed her integrity as a sorcerer. Yuki chose to be a sorcerer (gifted ppl who protect the weak) and help the humanity instead of being a star plasma vessel and merging with tengen. She preferred to live and empower a generation instead of succumbing to the pressure of the jujutsu society. Comparing this to the turmoils of amanai and later yuuji, of thinking whether they should sacrifice themselves for the system, yuki's actions may seem selfish but Yuki was actually intelligent enough to realize that sacrificing herself in this way would have never solved the problem of the system. She had wanted a good cure for the problem, not just a bandaid.

Her role : She encouraged geto to embrace his authentic self and pursue what he truly believed in. Some ppl say that she misguided Geto but as I always say, geto's decision was on him. Yuki didn't tell geto what's right or what's wrong or didn't reprimand him when he suggests the insane idea of killing all non-sorcerers, instead she gave him the space to think for himself and that is one of her principles (freedom). Also she trained todo and he's the only kyoto student who wasnt dogshit and wasn't mindlessly following gakuganji's orders to execute itadori during the exchange event. I like to think that he got this strong sense of character from yuki's influence. She taught the next generation to have their own discernment instead of sucking up to the higher-ups. My gorgeous glorious blue-eyed king sweetheart angel boy Gojo and yuki both always chose freedom and let people make their own decisions, valuing individuals over system. This ideal continued on in their students after they were gone. Gojo isnt gone tho he's literally alive and in my bed rn

Her kindness : Another favourite thing i gotta mention is yuki's behavior towards choso. I'm not talking from a shipping perspective but from the pov of just how considerate and kind she was as a human being. Despite knowing what he is (half human half cursed spirit) she treats him with respect and dignity. When Choso confided in her, she didn’t see him as a tool or a mistake. Lastly, Yuki understood Choso’s struggles, and her final words to him reflected the kind of person she was - someone who urged others to live, despite being burdened by circumstances, pain, guilt, and the past. I can think in that moment, how much her kindness must have meant to choso's wounded heart.

Her Death : even in death, she lived up to her ideals. Yuki could've destroyed the whole planet if her goal was to just win over kenjaku but ofc she would never do that cz that'd mean killing off innocent humans. This also ties back to the reason why she had always been so against kenjaku's plan of using humans as energy sources. Yuki embodied the essence of being a sorcerer - someone who values life and humanity, even at their own expense. and in yuki's case she valued humanity so much that it was worth living (she rejected to merge) and dying for unconditionally.

blaming geto for leaving gojo or gojo for not stopping geto are both absurd and ignorant notions cz geto's defection had nothing to do with satoru, it came from his own struggle and pain that the jujutsu society subjected him to meanwhile gojo himself was another exhausted traumatized kid exploited by the system who was struggling with the pressure and amanai's death too and nothing he could have said or done would've stopped geto from leaving so blaming either of them instead of the evil jujutsu system is purposefully ignoring the narrative gege akutami wanted to paint—how the dehumanizing jujutsu system broke them both in different ways and contributed to their demise
