I understand not making only non human entities LGBT rep, but these are literally all sentient cookies and I'm genuinely confused. Is Kumiho cookie also banned?

Kumiho isn’t banned because she can change into the typical cookie form! And is an ‘adult’.

The cookiemals are .............. animals. They’re just little creatures and I’m pretty sure to top that off they’re children! They talk and act like a group of three kids who are attached at the hip. I hope that makes sense!
