Sometimes in life, we go to great lengths to ensure that certain people form part of our lives and sadly sometimes those person/s are really into the relationship/friendship like you are. Before #Lockdown everybody was your friend, but how many of those people called or messaged you to check how you doing financially, to check how you coping mentally? Regardless of what their excuses may be, those people who did not check up on you couldn't give a damn about what happens. You are so unimportant in their life, that they couldn't even bother sending you a personalised "Please Call Me" that read Please Call "Are you okay". It's stocktaking time, throw away or dispose of the expired stock and get in fresh new stock otherwise your business (your life) will suffer. I found this message in my Facebook inbox, it was moved to spam because I wasn't friends with the gentleman. Today's run was a High Intensity Interval Training or a Fartlek as old school runners would call it.
