hiii i just wanted to say thank you for your post about sh. i've been struggling for so so long over severe guilt because i did it for attention. it escalated to the point where i couldn't vent to anyone without feeling guilty that i'm being attention seeking.

i wasn't allowed to get any professional help for it, the people around me treated it poorly and i was forced to stop while still having urges. getting validation that sh for attention still means i deserve help & support makes me feel better so thank you.
