Finally worked up the courage to post the full screenplay featuring this beautiful butch as the main character 🫶 its roughly 43 pages and as a fair warning it might not be that good or things might be formatted weird, this was my first screenplay I've ever written + I was on a time crunch of about 3 days...

But anyways I hope you enjoy it! Please please please tell me what you think! I'd love to hear what you guys have to say :] I'm considering heavily on writing more "episodes."

The premise for you....

"1950, Los Angeles, CA. Private investigator J.B. Lau has had a successful and blossoming career. Employeed by civil court attorney Leland Nelson, she has been no stranger to investigating car accidents, companies, and infidelity. Impersonal and calculated (yet witty and charming), Lau has all the makings of a great detective. However, when a movie studio hires the duo to work for their defense in a wrongful termination lawsuit, Lau is forced to come face-to-face with the injustices of the American legal system under the iron grip of McCarythism; especially when much of her typical clientele is L.A.'s most shining stars."

The character featured in this was from a screenplay I wrote for my creative writing class, it's about a detective (that guy) who is hired by a movie studio to build a case against one of their former employees who was suing for wrongful termination (spoilers they have yuri). If any of you wanna know more please feel free to ask! I'd love to talk about this story, it's pretty new in my line-up and I've been having fun with developing it further <3
