hi! i'm soph and welcome to my blog!

you may know me as other things and i've been on tumblr a couple of times under different users many years ago (such as @lostparker) but you also might not.

i'm slowly getting back into writing after losing inspiration, and i decided i finally wanted to get back out here. i've realised how much i've missed tumblr and writing.

i'm currently back in my criminal minds headspace so that's what this blog will mainly revolve around. if that's something you're interested in i'd love to share this with you, come say hi!

i plan on uploading my first story soon! so hopefully i'll see you there.

- i only write for characters, not real people. - come and say hi! my asks are always open - i take requests and my inbox is open. i will always update should this change - i'll currently write for anyone in the CM universe, a lot of stuff might be spencer heavy, but we'll see where the wind takes me.

okay, wow hey hi yes hello hi. so i’ve been gone for so long that i doubt anyone will care but i forgot the password to this account and only just got it back and i guess i just wanted to do a little update/info dump in case anyone cares (although i’ve been gone for so long so i highly doubt it) if you are feel free to keep reading, if not i wish you continued happy scrolling.

firstly, thank you so so so so so much to everyone who’s following me, new and old. thank you to everyone sending me asks or messaging me! i really didn’t expect it at all when i first started this blog and i love you guys so so much!

secondly, i guess the main thing to address here is my writing, given that was/has been the main purpose of this blog and probably why most of you follow me. i have had so many asks/comments about my bitter series/ about taglists / about when things are getting updated or when i’m posting new content and i guess i just feel the need to have a chat/update you on what’s going on with my writing and me in general.

- as i’ve been away from the account for so long i’m kind of in a stump about what to do. i really love the community i’ve built here, but it’s been so long since i’ve been on here it feels like i’m so far behind. i left to take care of my mental health and while its still not in a great place i’m doing so much better. i appreciate you all sticking by me despite my dormancy. 

-secondly, while i still love writing, its not something i have a lot of time for anymore. i’m in uni, working and its just super busy and stressful and while i love it with all my heart i really don’t think its something i can commit to right now, as much as it breaks me to admit that. 

- and finally i’ve also sort of lost my hyperfixation (who knows, maybe it will come back and haunt me later down the line, but for now its gone) which was the main purpose of this blog and continuing to write about something i’m just not fully passionate about feels a little unauthentic, as strange as that may sound. not just to me but to the people who follow this blog because they enjoy that content. i’d feel like i was cheating you and i really don’t want to do that, so i guess what i’m beating around the bush trying to say is i think, for now at least, this is probably a goodbye to lostparker...

i’ll leave all my work up so that if people want to they can still read it, and feel free to continue to drop messages into my inbox, offload your day, tell me about something that made you laugh or cry and i’ll try and pop in now and again to answer some or check in! 

 i love you guys so much, you have no idea how much you mean to me. thank you so much for all the support, for reading my shitty writing, for commenting, liking and reblogging . you made it so worthwhile and made me feel like i had something. thank you for putting up with my unexplained absences and occasional rants. seriously, i cant stress it enough, i love you. thank you!
