I am close to being fkn done with the twinkification of Charles Xavier in faniction. Like have you seen James Mcavoy in other media? He is lean to well build. And a man of over thirty at that. He drinks, flirts with plenty women and is not adorable.

Sure he may be good, an optimist, at points slightly naive to the ways of the world. But that does not make him a blushing, stuttering mess. That’s a man. And a masculine man at that.

It’s always this in largely women based fandoms with a gay fanon ship. There doesnt have to be a “woman” in a gay relationship. As a gay man it feels uncomfortable.

Anyone with good recs that treats Charles like a grown man? At this point im begging you.

Why are we as a fandom not talking about the magneto helmet plot hole? Like in first class Erik has to get shaws helmet of for Charles to control him but he apparently cant bend the iron of the helmet, but later in one of the other movies he is able to move the helmet to wards him with his mutation?? Does anyone have an explanation??
