An individual might think that causing self harm might make them feel better but they also have to worry about the people around them, people who love them and care for them...I am speaking from my own perspectivie..I thought my time of self harm has passed but apparently it hasnt quiet passed me completely. All Im saying is before you do such a thing always talk with the person you have closest to you even a stranger (depends what kind of stranger ..) if it helps....whether youre a guy or not dont be afriad to cry or show how much pain this is causing you emotionally. You have no idea how much it helps when you express yourself... I made a promise to someone I love that this wont happen again... Ill talk to her whenever I need her and hopefully she will get me through it.
