Minecraft - Trapped
So, friend of mine added on a creature called The Cave Dweller to his Minecraft world. When he told me about it, I had to go see it for myself. So down we went in the caves almost reaching bedrock levels. My friend and I split off to cover more ground in hopes of finding more resources.
Suddenly the torches started to go off and I was in the dark. The atmosphere became intense. I turned around towards my only exit...It was too late...still worth it.

Another Marred creature from my story "Keriko". The Red Floral Maw hides its face in its petals with eyes peeking out. They prefer dark humid environments like bogs and damp caves. This "flower" gives off a pleasant sent that entice nearby prey and even can cause hallucinations leading many lost adventurers to their doom.
Once the prey is in range the Floral Maw will then quickly strike, similar to a snaping turtle. If its meal cannot be devoured in a single bit. It will simply feed the prey down its throat using its small arm and mandible like appendages. Once in the stomach (preferably still alive) it will slowly digest its prey in the span of 3 to 7 day's depending on the meal size. Best way to avoid it is to keep your distance and if you start to smell something delicious, cover your noes before it your trapped under its spell.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give you guys an update on why I have not posted anything in a while.
Near the beginning of October, I fell and broke my shoulder. Luckly it was not by drawing arm however, the healing process is both frustrating and painful. Meds help with the pain, but unfortunately does little for my energy. I'm finally able to move my arm a bit more and it's less painful.
Even though I am still on the mend I feel that I can do art again and will be posting more soon. I just wish I could have participated more with inktober. I was wo excited to start that challenge. T T
Thanks again for Love and support. I can't wait to get back in the game with more monsters and Eldentale.

Inktober 2024 Day 6 - Rokurokubi
The Rokurokubi originate from Japan and are believed to be a yokai or spirit.
These supernatural beings appear as an ordinary human during the day but have the ability to extend their necks to incredible lengths at night.
Most notably female, they can freely elongate their necks to spy or frighten victims and favor drinking lamp oil.

Inktober 2024 Day 5 - Sphinx
With the body of a lion and the head of a human, the Sphinx symbolizes strength, wisdom, protection and embodies the merging of human intellect and animal strength.
Often depicted as a guardian figure, it serves as a protector of secrets, knowledge, and watches over tombs, temples and sacred places.
The Sphinx evokes the mystery and majesty of ancient Egypt, standing as a timeless symbol of enigmatic authority and guardianship.

Inktober 2024 Day 4 - Slenderman
Originating from the internet, The Slenderman has evolved and now has become deeply ingrained in contemporary urban legend, depicted as a tall, faceless figure in a black suit, with unnaturally long limbs and black tentacle-like appendages emerging from his back.
Seen lurking in dark places like forests and abandoned buildings, The Slenderman induces fear and paranoia in those he stalks, mainly preying on childrens and young adults.
A symbol of fear and considered to be a malevolent being, The Slendeman is associated with mysterious disappearances and psychological torment, going so far as to appear in photos or lurking in the corners of one鈥檚 eye, always waiting in the dark.
Artist note. I apologies for the delay in art. I have broken my shoulder a few weeks ago and drawing while still possible, it is difficult and painful. I still want to finish the inktober, however it will have to be done at my own pace as I recover.

Inktober 2024 Day 3 - Dullahan
A headless man typically seen riding or accompanied by a black horse and carrying his own disembodied head in an unoccupied arm.
The dullahan has been depicted as rider, coachman and armored warrior, with a head that takes the appearance of a desiccated human head, skull, pumpkin and an animated head, said to have eyes that glow like lanterns and a grinning face.
Some believe the dullahan is a reaper or harbinger of death, often wielding a whip made from a human spine.

Inktober delay
Hello everyone, just wanted to apologize for not posting inktober or any art for that matter, in a long while. I was so excited to do this challenge for the past year...only to have broken my left shoulder around the first of the October month. Adding to that, the doctor says I'll be in a sling for at least 7 weeks. T T
Regardless, I've been working on the drawings at my own pace and have made some good progress. I plan on finishing these 31 drawings even if they are not posted on the dates due. I'll be posting more soon! :)

Inktober 2024 Day 2 - Deep Sea Mermaids
In the deep and dark places under the waves, these creatures bear few similarities to their shallow dwelling counterparts, taking on a darkerand hauntingly beautiful appearance, featuring bioluminescent skin, elongated limbs and sharp teeth.
Much like their more beautiful counterparts, they have been known to sink ships, lure sailors below the waves and make use of hypnotic songs.
Legends claim that they are powerful and unpredictable creatures, said to guard treasure or become harbingers of doom to those who dare venture too far into their domain.
