For Malak: A Call for Help to Treat My Child with Down Syndrome

Dear Reader,

I write to you today with a heart full of hope and an outstretched hand asking for help. I am the mother of a little girl named Malak, known for her sweet smile and cheerful spirit, but she has Down syndrome. This condition is part of our daily lives, but what we need today is the support and medical care necessary to help her achieve a better life.

Who is Malak?

Malak is not just a child with health challenges; she is a well of love and hope. Her bright eyes and innocent words reflect all that is beautiful in this world. Malak has proven that she is capable of overcoming many obstacles, but we need support to help her grow and develop as she deserves.

What does Down syndrome mean?

Down syndrome is a genetic condition that causes delays in physical and mental development, requiring special care and ongoing treatment. Malak needs physical therapy, psychological rehabilitation, and educational support, all of which require financial resources that may be beyond reach.

from Gaza, whose life is dire and gruesome. Nothing has left for my family except the hope you can support and help us.After a year and a half of war, we became exhausted, hopeless , desperate , and displaced

. Houses and livelihood sources have been lost and gone with the wind. Things are driving us insane and made. The least level of life can't be attained. It breaks my heart to see her struggle each day amidst the chaos of war. With medical supplies and necessities scarce in Gaza, it's become increasingly challenging to provide Malak with the care and support she needs and deserves. That's why I'm reaching out to you today.

No one knows what it truly means to face shock in complete silence,to smile in face of situations that invite tears,and no one realizes what it feels like to boil inside while standing at the peak of steadfastness.Behind this apparent strength lies a deep suffering that no one can grasp.My heart is slowly torn apart under the weight of suppressed pain.Life forces me to pretend to be strong,when apart of me fades away with each moment.I'm left with a bitter feeling of isolation and loneliness.Please don't leave my daughter alone face the struggle of the gloomy war, starvation,pollution and lack of medicine.

🍉I am doaa Ayyad, a Palestinian from the besieged and destroyed Gaza 😭😭, mother of tow girl malak &masa , malak suffering from down syndrome ❤❤

we have been suffering😭😭 for 330 difficult days from an aggressive war.

Our lives are harsh because we lack all the basic necessities of life. Everything has become scarce and unattainable. There is no food, no water, no medicine.

So, I ask you to help me keep my family safe and alive, especially after we had lost all our sources of livelihood.Please do not leave my family to struggle and suffer these difficult days alone. You can support my campaign by donating whatever you can or by sharing my posts to reach others who can help us survive the war to safety and peace. The road still ahead of us is difficult. Today, we live in complete and utter danger

Please help my family souls 🙏 🙏🙏🙏

I'm doaa ayyad, a mother of two children from Gaza, and one of my children was born with Down syndrome and suffered from problems in her heart since delivery. We have lived in the worst and triggered the conditions of war.

Imagine having everything, and suddenly, you wake up with nothing left.That's exactly what happened with us .we moved from having everything to having nothing.In a blink of an eye ,we lost everything,our house ,dreams, memories ,belongings and my husband work place.We are starting from zero and need your help to climb the leader step by step from scratch.

For 310 days now,we have seen all faces of death.We've lived through all the horrible things that beyond any comprehension and imagination.Starting from being subjected to  constant bombing and air strikes all day and reaching a total deprivation of the very  basic needs of every human being.

    Let  me tell you about living in a camp.It's like being in a prison and even worse.No clear air to inhale,no clean water for daily use and of course for drinking ,no electricity,no healthy food.Only infectious diseases and skin rash.

No privacy,as tents are close to each others.

No quietness, only shelters between you and your neighbors.I stand in long lines for water, for bread , for Tekkyah(food distributed on displaced people inside the camp)and even for bathrooms,public ones.

I'm reaching out to you with a shattered soul and broken heart to please help me and my family.

Please Help us before I lose a family member either from bombing or from starvation and pollution.

Help us escape the war and start a peaceful life.🙏🙏🙏🙏
