Just finished up a plushie of Era 6/Skeletá Mountain! Entire thing was hand-made including original patterns (I 3D modeled the base body then converted it to a printable pattern!) for the coat and hat, and the drumsticks were carved + painted by hand!! Same with the rhinestoned skeleton, those were all glued individually. So tedious but so worth it💀 ALSO Hoping to get it to him at the ritual in NYC this July!! Fingers crossed I’m able to, but I’m not gonna sweat it too much if I can’t🤞

Okay so I had this AU idea for a long time and I've only had time to draw a bit of it until now. It's basically a murder mystery AU. I have no name for it right now so I'm just going to call it ministry mystery 👍

Summary: While the ongoing practice of the Ghost project continues, Cardinal Copia stumbles upon a battered skull. Strange things start to happen, and the cardinal is being haunted by a shadowy ghoul. He now finds himself as an amateur detective, accompanied by his ghouls, to solve the mystery of the ghoul skull and its odd death.

Glamoured/Human versions of the ghouls under the cut. They're technically humanized versions of my ghoul designs, but they do have similar features to the actual musicians. Hiding it just in case some people don't want to see it

They remained glamoured for the first half because they were instructed not to reveal their true selves to the cardinal, but as the investigation goes on and more truths are uncovered, they slowly drop it.

I want to develop this more but for now, they're just going to be out of context sketches with vague hints of plot.

Okay—so, I think ghouls can control their elements in some way or another. Something like Dewdrop creating fire or Mountain making flowers bloom. In larger areas, Rain making it rain, unintentionally, because he got angry. And I'm not talking about a soft, gentle rain, I'm talking about a full-blown storm with thunder and everything.

This also applies to Cirrus and Cumulus, which, when they get too angry, could accidentally create gales or gusts of wind. Or to Mountain which when angry, which happens on very very rare occasions, could cause an earthquake.

Now, I have to say that a while back I watched Avatar: The Last Airbender and I loved that benders have a sort of subelement they can control. Like, fire and lightning or earth and metal.

But the murkiest, in my opinion, is water and blood.

So, if we do the wiring that my brain did... Rain could control blood? Sounds weird and dark enough to be a ghoul thing.

I mean, I like to think that Quintessence ghouls can sort of control other people's bodies, usually by cramping them or simply rendering them unresponsive by paralyzing them.

But the idea of someone literally controlling your body... with your blood?

I love the concept of a gentle Rain with a somewhat dark side, so... Yeah.

I used to like the idea of a completely gentle and timid Rain, but now I just adore the idea of a Rain with a gentle, calm side and a more cruel side that only shows behind closed doors or when he's especially annoyed or angry.

So the lesson is not to upset a water ghoul, you never know if they can control your blood.

Yall remember the hat thingy I did a while ago? Yeah well apparently on stage Phantom got one of Rain's feathers and Rain doesn't even wear a hat BUT that's okay. I decided to overanalyze the damn masks BECAUSE

The moment I looked at them I was like '.. they are all different, I just don't know what is different' and then I was obsessed about it and I CAN'T BE CRAZY OKAY, HEAR ME OUT, if you look closely you'll notice that the masks kinda look like the musicians!! Like, it's not exactly like them cuz the masks have their own vibe but it does look like them, I have a theory that who created the masks either took a mould of their faces or sculpted the masks to look like them somehow

A very underexplored dynamic with Cirrus and Rain. Two ghouls that normally aren't together, but when they are it's a competition on who can outdo the other and reality checks.

I want to see more of these two messing around, or like any ghoul and ghoulette getting into shenanigans where the girls are the enablers and aren't acting motherly. Like imagine a scenario where, at the tiniest bit of inconvenience, the first thing the girlies think of is unnecessary almost comedic violence. Then the guys are either "ride or die" or "I'm not part of this but I'm going to watch it happen." Both Copia and Perpetua are included in this

Curious, thoughts on Dew x Phantom? That ship has recently bewitched me xD

Their dynamic is basically the rookie x veteran to me. Phantom thinks that Dew is really cool, but he gets confused on whether it's deep admiration or a developing crush (it's both). Dew, on the other hand, intentionally ignores Phantom. He warms up to him eventually and loves the attention and any affectionate gesture. Dew doesn't always respond kindly, though.
