141 with immortal!reader who just kind of...forgets to tell them.

The team gets fucked over, some leaked intel, some shoddy info, whatever. Important thing is that you guys get captured and are made to choose someone to be tortured. Ofc you offer, and the visceral reaction the guys have to it is enough to convince ur captor. So ur taken and led to a different room, yes?

The guys are freaking out lowkey, ur the newest member and they've been a bit protective. Ghost and price are intimately aware of what youll face, they wanted to protect you from it like they've protected gaz and soap.

But you aren't dragged back into the cell hours later broken and screaming. In fact, you aren't dragged back to the cell at all. What actually happens is worse. You walk in, covered in blood and clothes completely soaked, your rightarm past the shoulder completely mutilated, flesh torn off and fat sloughing down. Your left arm below the elbow is completely hacked off.

Soap let's out a pained gasp. gaz has to turn to the side and puke. ghost has genuinely startled, hands starting to shake. Price looks no better than gaz, lips pressed together in a sick and horrified expression. You? You act like nothing is even wrong, using a key to go around the room and unlock everyone's binds, blood pouring at ur feet. In an instant everyone is on you, attempting to bodily haul you out, clamoring about a medic and an evacuation.

Your completely baffled, trying to get their attention, but they keep going, ignoring you as your dragged through the halls. It gets to the point where you plant your feet, brace yourself and yell "STOP!" They pause, just for a moment. "What the hell is your problem? We need to be careful getting out of here!"

"Kid, are you fucking insane? Is it the adrenaline? Look at yourself!" Price shoots back, glancing around nervously.

You look down, brows furrowed. Then realization dawns. Internally you slap yourself. "Oh. Shit. Okay, look- im immortal. Okay? Yes, totally hard to believe, but I am or else I would be dead by now." You glance pointedly back at the river of blood you've left behind. "Seriously. Im okay. Lets just- let's focus on making sure you guys remain okay, right?"

Its a horrible, getting them out of there and into a stolen van for evacuation, but by the time the compound is in the distance ur right arm is looking good as new, left arm growing back.

You can tell by the uneasy glances that this has definitely....changed. the team dynamic, but ur too stubborn to let them go now.

No one asked for more of this, but im going to give it to you anyways.

Ghost is notoriously a scary guy around the base. He has famously thick walls around himself that no one can get through without a chisel and the patience of a saint. It took Gaz a several months to even get a single word out of the guy. And it's been several years at this point and Gaz feels like their friendship is still just getting started.

Soap shows up and it's not even 24 hours that Ghost, THE GHOST, is sharing the worst puns and jokes with the man like they've been best buddies forever.

I'm sure this exists somewhere out there, surely I've seen something like this somewhere. I feel like I'm not the first person to have this idea.

But anyways, Soap and Ghost actually met a long time ago when they were just kids. I mean small little kids. Like absolutely no older than 10. Im imagining them YOUNG. And Simon was very small, even for being a young child. He was picked on a lot. In runs tiny Johnny to save the day and be his protector. But at this point Johnny (Soap) is one of the taller kids out there for his age.

They're best friends until one day Simon just doesn't show back up. It's because his father makes them all move somewhere else or something.

Fast forward to Present Day and Ghost recognizes Johnny immediately. He never forget his one and only friend growing up.

You see what I'm saying? You see where I'm going with this?

Freak show Ghoap AU prompt

Soap is a wolf hybrid but he can't hide his wolfish parts like others can so he sticks out like a sore thumb. People are scared of him or the braver ones make fun of him. He grew up in hell, always being teased in school and stuff. It got so bad his parents eventually decided to just home school him. They helped him love himself. They love him. He wants to go out in the world and travel around but it's rough for him not being to shift on anything. He finds a flyer one day for a traveling circus that he and his family go to see.

It was a fun time. He even saw some other people like him on the crew. As his family is leaving, he gets approached by a man with mutton chops and a cigar. (it's Price). He hands Soap another flyer, for a late night show, Soap barely looks away from the man for a second but when he looks again he's gone.

Long story short, the late night show is for "freaks" but they're not mistreated and shit like that. The show let's them show off, be a wonder for people to see even if the audience stills gasps in horror or astonishment. Soap wants to be a part of this.

Ghost is there too but he doesn't like to be the center of attention. He's an enforcer, late night security to protect the freaks. (I keep saying freaks but I mean it in a lovely we own that word kind of way. Not in a I think they're gross or ghost thinks they're gross or anything like that way). They're his family. He's very protective of them. Idk what makes him a freak.

Maybe nothing,

Maybe he was perfectly "normal" but his father and brother tormented him and did bad things to him to make him look scary, like scars or something. Or maybe he's another hybrid, maybe an alligator or something so he stays covered up to be hidden idk. But basically he stays in the background. He protect ls his chosen family. And then Soap joins the group.

He volunteers to be a Wolfman character. He has a ball with it. It's fun to embrace who he really is and he likes the attention. Im thinking maybe in some sort of audience interaction after the late night show one day some drunk townies corner him and accuse him of being a fake and they pull on his ears and tail and he just gets pulled back into his childhood of being the freaky pup boy so he can't even defend himself and then this massive dark shadow appears to save the day.

And thats how they have their first real meeting. And you know where it goes from there.

Ur a new addition to the 141, recommendation from laswell or smth idk, and you've never heard of or even met ghost, right?

When you do meet him, hes not in full gear, just a simple balaclava on. Hes nice though, compliments ur snake bites and moves on with his day. You fit in well with the team, happy jokes and bright smiles as you bond with everyone.

Well, when you finally have to get fully geared for training or some shit, ur so excited! You get away with plenty of cosmetic stuff bc of ur skill, eventually having a whole costume setup.

So you get to training early, dressed in ur all black tac gear, wearing a balaclava with a skull print and some edgy eyeblack smeared on ur face. Hell, youve even got skeleton printed gloves, and a small spine and ribs print on the back of ur vest. Youve been told it makes you look scary.

Then why the hell does gaz outright laugh when he sees you??? He refuses to elaborate, and price isnt helpful at all! Youre still badgering them to explain when you hear a "fuckin' hell." And turn around to see...ghost. in his full gear. Skull mask, skeleton gloves. Okay, yeah, this is kinda funny.
