Ok so when they first met argenti n boothill DID NOT get along very well but genti is respectful of everyone regardless what he thinks of them at first (he is a knight afterall) but boothill doesn't consider himself as human anymore so he kinda warms up to genti and eventually falls for him.Here is the fun part boothill starts hitting on him but genti is completely oblivious to it but genti is also hitting on boothill (he may have fell first but argenti fell harder)but boothill just thinks he is being nice and argenti like.
