I've been feeling very lost lately and not centered.. my last weigh-in wasn't what I wanted to see. I let emotions, stress and life get in my way again.. so i had to re-center, re-focus, and re-arrange myself again.. It's been rough, it's been crazy, I've had some emotional break downs the last few weeks where I have just sat down an cried.. Emotions are scarry to me.. I hate them sometimes.. I dont wanna feel.. feelings and emotions are bad (so I've trained myself to think for years.. lol) So I went today for another weigh in.. just an hr ago.. I was scared.. i wanted to eat my feelings and emotions again, I was expecting to see a weight gain honestly because how stressful I've been feeling.. I walk into Max Muscle in Janzen Beach.. and the the guy helped me (which btw he is FINE AS FUCK Sanjana Pahalad-Mancuso 🤣🤣🤣🤣) I stepped on the scale and I've lost another 12# 🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋🏋 🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈🎉 YASSSSSSSSSS I'M FEELING LOVE AGAIN.. When I originally started this journey I was around 418#, then fucked around a bit then got serious... i've now lost a complete total of 58# 58 FUCKING POUNDS!!! Im Constantly remembering my WHY and keeping it fresh in my mind this week.. I did a dance rehearsal on monday and felt ALIVE AGAIN. My mind body and soul is moving again and it wouldn't be possible without my coaches Patrick Thomas and Mikala Young from Ironside Training and Loren Castillo and Megan Benedict from Fit Kitchen Direct pushing me and believing in me the whole time.. Motivation Monday.. Today i am exhausted from the shows over the weekend, not alot of sleep, traveling, an great people.. i didnt want to go to the gym tbis morning cause i was running on 3.5 hr of sleep.. but not going in is a form of GIVING UP.. SO I WENT... YES it was hard, YES im even more exhausted BUT it was worth it.. I was deadlifting 190#, lifting a 90# log of wood, seeing amazing beautiful friends, getting coached by an amazing guy..
