[FULL FANFIC-BIT ON AO3!]

They lock eyes every now and again; it's hard not to, for Bruce. As the seemingly middle-aged firefighter slowly strips himself of his gear, and then his uniform. On, what should be his breakfast/lunch break at 9 at night, Bruce is slow to look away from the tease of skin under the sweaty uniform t-shirt and has stopped chewing (or tasting, for that matter) his cold breakfast burrito Dick had dropped off earlier in the day on his way to work. 

This... show is a nightly one neither seem to acknowledge, as Bruce leans back, recounting neuroanatomy in a vain effort to distract from how the t-shirt really didn't hide all that much as the firefighter peels it off, slowly, slowly. 

Yes, he's had his partners make a show of it all, rightfully unembarrassed of their bodies, as they rile him up, but this? The way the firefighter unbuttons the first of his heavy-duty pants, and sighs, stomach relaxing, arms stretched above him in content... This feels downright exhibitionist. 

Yes, Bruce could have sat anywhere on the medical campus, but chose the bench next to the firehouse for the solitude it gave at night, could have chosen a different spot as his haunt when they locked eyes the first time, the fourth time, the tenth. But how could he? He's only a man. Bruce is only a man, underneath the decades of accomplishments, accolades, and loss. 

He repeats this to himself, as the firefighter locks eyes with him, once again, but this time-- 

This time starts walking over, determination in his eyes. [...] FULL WRITING ON AO3!

WIP video as I work on how to edit videos for my day job!! LOL ignore that the rough sketch is a different page (actually part i) than the finished page (part ii); i recorded this over two days... Anyways! I just lovelovelove this week and pairing! im so down bad for them... there's something new I learn everyday about Bruce and Clark!

Reading  Superman/Batman Annual Vol 1, you know the famous one where Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne awkwardly share a bed?  

Could this comic get even slashier?! I mean? Even the jokes are pandering to the shippers:

Did they just reference Brokeback Mountain?!?? AND Titanic? I’m choking! And the cuteness and the banter?! 

Bruce said “silly,” while Clark was describing how he balls up his clothes and hides them on him.  The gay is so strong in this book.

Dying at sausage fest, Superwoman know’s what’s up. And Batman and Superman just flirt with each other the entire time while their parallel selves come after them

Anyways, it’s the ending that kills. They have to protect their identities from Lois Lane because she’s figured them both out, and so Clark throws his voice

Omg, is that Batman being pulled away by Superman?! So cute!! “Buh-guyh!” Clark undressed him and redressed him…UMMM…like permission FIRST! and the language…

I’m gonna be 5 years old and laugh at every word in that sentence. Ahem, sure Clark, Bruce was in the closet, getting a blow…to the head…and a nasty one at that! And the last panel just doesn’t help their case

Is THIS EVEN REAL?! Did all of that JUST happen? SO much of that was just unnecessary flirting, homg. Joe Kelly was just like LOLing on the side while writing this, wasn’t he? Was this just a gift to us?? I just wanna say thanks.
