I AM choosing to love all my shadows and acknowledging them to be a part of my human experience. . One of the biggest lies I’ve been telling myself is I need to “fix” everything inside of me to have an ideal relationship, but that’s totally not true. At least, it’s not the version of the reality I want to live in anymore. I AM choosing to allow all of my hurtful past to just BE without dwelling in them. . Heal? Sure. Transcend? Sure. But even if I am covered in scars, I’m still worthy to be loved and chosen. . 7 years of on-and-off discovering, learning, practicing and understanding Manifestation/Law of Attraction has been the most life altering experience. Some people say playing with Law of Attraction is spiritual bypassing, but it’s actually the complete opposite. I’ve never been so close to myself, and learning to manifest actually teaches me to love myself. . “As within, so without.” Everything is a reflection, and all our desires are here to spark the expansion and evolution of our souls. #throwback to my Sound Journey Session at @modern_woman_festival last month. I like to call it a “journey” instead of “healing” because that’s what life is - constantly moving, constantly changing. Call it sound healing if you like, but always remember that we are not here to do endless healing but to journey onward and elevate our souls. #throwback on last Saturday’s SuperMoon Party. Magic happened. It was the moment when I fully reclaimed myself and bring forth that power - the power to co-create, the power to deliver the alchemy of music. ✨ . Everything, every thing, event, situation that happens in our lives are just waves. There’s no such thing as good waves and bad waves. Only big waves and small waves. 🌊 . When we get tackled by a wave in the ocean, we wouldn’t blame the wave for being “bad”. We would only say “wow, that was a big one.” We either dive under or we might roll around in the water, but we’ll get back up, and we do it again. 💪 . To ride the waves that life throw us, train ourselves to become better surfers. Remember that you can always choose to start with somewhere that got easy waves to learn to stand on the board first. 🏄🏻‍♀️ . As we keep practicing, we get better, and eventually, the Universe will see that we are ready for something more challenging, or we will want to go for the more challenging courses ourselves. 💫 . “I won’t give you something you can’t handle. I provide you courses that’s going to make you learn and grow. Have fun with it.” The Universe says. ✨ . And we will continue to meet and learn more about ourselves through each wave we ride. We will establish a relationship with the ocean and our boards. In time, we will become one with all things and ride the waves of life effortlessly. 🌈 . . . I’m so excited for life everyday after I learned to see all events in my life with this perspective. Do I still get bombed by situations I dislike? #throwback to my time in Kuala Lumpur one and half months ago. 🇲🇾 Despite of being in a new city (my first time visiting KL AFTER I began traveling solo. I visited KL twice before 12,) I didn’t feel the urge to explore much. I went to the same cafe almost everyday. All I wanted to do was pushing my life forward and get my ass to Bali instead of more wandering. I felt a very strong magnetic pull that was asking me to step into my true power and begin to live my authentic self. 🦄 . I was excited and looking forward to all the possibilities that were waiting for me. Yet, little did I know, in order to live in my authentic self, I needed to shed layers first before I was able to reborn. 🐣 . Our society programmed us and asked us to live and be enslaved in a system that doesn’t serve the new world. And we are often conditioned by the others who aren’t living their true-self either. 🤷🏻‍♀️ . It’s time to step out of the matrix and ask ourselves how can we move our world into a better place as a collective. It’s time to return to our trust essences, so we can return and walk our true paths. 💎 . Each of us has a message to bring to the current human collective to raise the consciousness. I got slapped into a deep cocoon almost as soon as I got back to Ubud, and I’ve been in an extremely deep/intense process of self-reinvention and evolution since. I was forced to grow by the Universe, and I made it through the tunnel stronger/in one piece. 🐛 . While I was still making my life moving forward with ease and grace on the surface, internally, I got exactly what I asked for —— EXPANSION —— And there would be no expansion if there weren’t any contrasts. I’ve never experienced so much growth CONSCIOUSLY in my life. 🦋 . Thank you for those of you who’ve walked this journey with me one way or the other - who have spared their precious time to listen. Thank you for being there for me. I’m extremely grateful. 💖 @shanti_lightworks for being a true sister and a constant nudge throughout the whole journey; @brian.explores for offering the time and space to let me talk everything through and put all the puzzles together - “Then Ubud happened.” (I’m still laughing whenever I hear your voice saying this phrase in my head.) @imnat.w for being there in the beginning. @yichinglinnnn who’s always been there for me since 16 (minus the years we didn’t talk 😝.) @awakening.radiance for being there in the end and helping me to see the full picture in my authentic essence. CONTEMPLATION - My 2nd release for the Intuitive Flow Piano Music Collection “REBIRTH” I’m diving into creating for the rest of 2019. 🎹 . I recorded the video footage during my one-week travel in Chiang Mai, Thailand back in May. The music to this travel memory came in a flow state as I tuned into how I felt when I was there. I kept the surrounding sounds in the video on purpose as I wanted you to experience what I heard. 👂 . The title “Contemplation” reflects my inner world at the time, and this music is my invitation to you to be a part of my journey. ✨ . Intuitive Flow Piano is a style of performance where the pianist tune into the energy of the moment, people, event and create the music on spot. It’s not a planned out composition but an improvisation without any predetermined structure. 🧚🏼‍♀️ . In my 28 years of musical life, having performed countless classical music concerts in all different forms, I’ve actually never felt THIS comfortable to tell people what I do as a musician, so I think I’m on the right path. 👽 . This was the last flight I’d take in a while. ✈️ The feeling of coming back to #bali 🇮🇩 and calling it home is impeccable, exciting, and purely - satisfying. 💫 . Looking back to the journey I’ve embarked since last October, this past 8 months is manifestation at its highest flow state. My entire life looks completely different, and I’m insanely grateful for everything that has happened, as well as all the people who I’ve met, who have supported me along this ride. 🙏 .
