Throwback to when I used to have nightly (stress?) dreams that The Witcher season 4 randomly dropped

My favorite plot line my head came up with were Geralt, Yennefer, and Jask. All were in a shipwreck and crashed onto a beach populated by generic islander people, and the whole of episode one was lowkey giving Madagascar.

I think Geralt hated how absolutely friendly everyone was, but Yen and Jaskier were loving the new fashion

Viscounts are pretty well respected from the 2 minutes of googling I did. So I wonder why baby Julian was bullied so bad.

Then again, he was bullied by the kings son and not some random town kid - so I wonder if he just had a circle of royal bullies but was generally respected by everyone else.

But the other other thing is, Essie referred to him as a "backwater bumpkin," so,,, was he a nobility or what 🤨 was she just teasing him or was Jaskier lowkey retconned in Sirens Of The Deep? I wouldn't mind that, I guess. I just think it's weird

I understand that the movie isn't called "The Jaskier Film All About Him and His Backstory." And for all I know, the books were exactly the same, and I'm just making something from nothing. It's just odd to have the Viscount go back to where he lived, and somehow, none brings it up, and no family is mentioned.
