Pretty highly raved #poachedeggs with #smokedsalmon & #hollandaise on #thicktoast. #Eggs were quite flowy, hollandaise not bad too, but toast was a tad dry & smoked salmon was almost half cooked(?!). First #AdvancedAsana class today, a little nervous, very glad Sha came in with me (it's just 2 of us!) First attempt at going into (heavily assisted) inversions, serious "omg omg I'm upside down!" moment. Finished up with a regular hot class. Little progress like these, #grateful, #thankful. Exciting!
