However, the flames also entraps Sabo with the pirate.  “You have got to be kidding me,” Sabo sighs, not sure why he is getting singled out.  “I’m not letting you get away from me again.” Ace clenches his fists, several knuckles popping, as he turns his full attention back on Sabo.

The Hito Hito no Mi: Model Maya Fruit is better known as the Usagi Usagi Fruit. This is due to the fruit having a resemblance to the animal’s nose, as well as the fact that the consumer of this fruit gains several attributes associated with a rabbit. These attributes include rabbit ears and tail, powerful kicks, long jumps, and seemingly increase in luck.

However, that is not all, as the Devil Fruit is named for the Moon God Maya. The fruit allows for the manipulation of gravity on oneself — and even on their surroundings when the fruit is awakened! This allows for the seemingly long jumps and powerful kicks. Similar to the legends of olde with the rabbit on the moon making elixirs of life, this fruit provides the eater with healing powers. Allowing them to heal minor cuts and wounds, as well as even bring someone back from the brink of death!

There are even whispers of a bow, named Houyi, that materializes with the fruit. It has wood made from trees only found on the moon, the sight for the weapon is made of constellations of stars, and the arrows made from sunlight, easily reflecting off objects until finally meeting its final destination. It is told to be a valuable asset and protector for those it appears to.

This story is a rewriting of the moment Koby and Luffy part ways in episode 8 of the One Piece Live Action. Except, in my story, it ends with a kiss.

an unexpected visit

I did another attack for the @onepiece-fight!! This time I did a fic and art (just ignore that i didn't finish the shading lol) based on two prompts from Lamp --

"Luffy time travels (either alone or with someone else/others) back into his younger body/self" and "Luffy years younger than in canon so rather than leaving him on his own on Dawn, Ace takes him along when he sets sail"

I had so much fun writing this story, so I hope that everyone is able to enjoy it too!

His experience as more and more of him is eaten away is of being imprisoned within his organs; he feels the writhing of the insects, the touch of their legs and the removal of his body, but softly.
