I did some heavy therapy work today. I feel tired in every way now. I went to a craft store after my therapy appointment to buy some supplies and look at the Halloween decorations to try to make me feel better. It helped a bit. Now I’m with my partner and their presence is helping a lot. The exhaustion that I’m feeling is still intense though.
