tired of jedi characters comparing their relationship to their master with a parent-child dynamic. they dont KNOW that dynamic!

give me more jedi comparing a non-jedi's familial relationship to that of an apprentice and a master - at least that would make sense!

jedi going "yeah, an adult who guides and protects you and you're supposed to listen to them? yeah thats a master- oh, your mom is like that too? neat :)"

more jedi not really understanding non-jedi family dynamics. more jedi being horrified at the concept of someone being rejected or mistreated by their parent, because "why did they choose to have you then???"

there's a lot of interesting parallels between master-padawan dynamics and parental/familial dynamics. i just want to see more of the comparison going the other way.

Uuuh kinda? I'm currently focused on my own project featuring this guys.

Also have commissions to do and trips to make, so I'm not even that dedicated to Hope hotel honestly. I mean, I do put some thought into that, but don't take in too seriosly please.

Talking about Helluva, I have WIP fic with post-Mastermind rewrite and a couple of ideas but can't say for sure that I'll make any redesigns. Maybe if you people ask nicely or I'll get some cool idea I really want to draw.

Posting old Charlie sketch cos hell knows when I'll have time and energy to draw something new for Hope hotel rewrite. But let me tell you folks. The Hope Charlie will not look like this.

Things that probably happened some time during Fellowship of the Ring: Merry and Pippin tell Boromir things about hobbits, but as a game of "one of us only tells the truth, the other one only lies", and Boromir has to figure out which one is which. Both Aragorn and Gandalf smile knowingly at the things the hobbits claim, but they're not telling. Gimli will argue that everything they're claiming sounds like bullshit, but there is no claim so wild and outrageous that Legolas wouldn't contemplate that it could plausibly be true.

The only thing that keeps Sam from interrupting and telling everyone which claims are outright lies and which ones have been taken so out of context that they sound like bullshit is the fact that Frodo clearly finds this amusing, and Sam can't ruin something that can still get a little fragile smile out of him.

Meat to the people who want to make an animal their familiar by feeding it a piece of human flesh. Skin me from waist down in one piece to make a pair of those icelandic infinite money necropants. The rest of my skin can be used for books and drum skins. Fat into candles if I still have any left. And if I still have hair left when I'm at death's door, I'm going to grow it out so somebody can weave it into whatever wacky shit you make out of Dead Man's Hair.

My skull probably has a lot of cool uses, I haven't decided what I'd like best. The rest of my bones are to be sawed up into pieces and divided equally between Tumblr bone stealing witches to do as they please.

That is true, but not for me.

I don't really see any reasons for this to be the case. Why are sinners only in the Pride? Did none of them in whole history commited any other sins? Why are the other rings even there if they don't serve any purpose? Is the point to that the root of every sin is Pride? Even Sloth? Is it just to make extermination easier? But those weren't always there. Or does it mean that years before sinners lived everywhere but Adam demanded to move everyone on the top floor? It isn't stated anywhere. Also, for angels keeping sould separated and in lesser numbers are better, because then they're less likely to unite and fight back.

And this is one if the reasons Hope hotel exists in my rewrite. Charle not only wants to help her people to improve their situation, she wants to unite them. To stop sinners and hellborns from separating "us vs them". This is why Keekee is a moving hotel, no one is nearer to it then others, no one has to leave their own ring and say goodbye to everyone they know. All sinners and hellborns can go there, all of them can talk and live with people from other places, to stop separation and fight together for the better future.

I have a bisexual guppy and its funny as hell to watch because it seems like he’s only bi out of desperation. Like all of the female guppies are unimpressed by him, and dont accept his mating displays, and every time he fails, he goes over to a SPECIFIC male guppy (the prettiest male guppy in the tank) like PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE and that male guppy always lets him????
