I fucking hate waffles, straight up. They are grossly overrated. They don't soak up syrup too fast. They get soggy too soon because their thickness is out of wack. You have to buy a specialized piece of equipment to make them. You need a waffle iron to make waffles, and what else can you make with it? Half burnt eggs? A shitty panini? Half burnt anything? How fucking useless. You could buy a simple tabletop skillet (electric of gas) and be able to make almost anything you wanted on it without needing to waste money on something as frivolous as a waffle maker. Get with a program. Fuck waffles.
