Did you know that the average adult checks their phone 110 times a day? Did you know 12% of adults use the phone in the shower 🚿 .. We have got to do better although social media is more than social for some of us it’s business too we have to take a break from our phones. One time I turn off my notifications that helped a lot. You can also leave your phone on silent or leave it another room. Did you know that 50% of teens admit they are addicted to their phones!! That makes me want to go take their phones away today. But I like them having a phone to communicate.. The key is balance. Balance our your phone time with another hobby or just by doing nothing.. YOU ARE AMAZING.. This picture means a lot. This is when I started my waist bead journey. I tied them on and my confidence level went through the roof. This was the first time I put on a two piece in public. And the fact that I wanted to take pics was surprising. I been on a weightl loss journey and lost 40 lbs, but I was still uncomfortable showing my body. I decided on that day that I loved myself enough not to care about anyone’s opinion but my own and I thought I looked great. And I definitely wanted to show off my new waist beads.They were so beautiful and empowering. I told my self: I am confident. I am beautiful and jumped in the pool. ( well more lime stepped in..lol) and the rest is history. I had to make sure others knew about my waist bead journey and how empowering they can be.
