Boop! I'm proud of you. Life is a shitty thing that's getting more complicated with each passing day, so don't be too hard on yourself because you're doing great. Remember that you are the only person guaranteed to stay with you, so please treat yourself better. Drink some water, get a power nap, eat a snack that will cheer you up, find a hobby that excites you for the next day, and treat yourself with proper respect. You are incredible, so don't beat yourself down over the minor things out of your control, and take a deep breath for me.  

I hope you smile today, and please remember that your feelings are valid. Your pain, however insignificant you might think of it, is worth acknowledging, and it's not shameful to ask for help to deal with it. I'm sending you the warmest hug I could master.
