Had this on a reblog of my shellshocked roommates au, but decided to post it separately.

Remembering all the times my mom cared for and styled my hair leads me to believe Mikey and Miles would be just as serious about maintaining AJ’s hair because the quality time and just the feeling of letting someone else take care of you is really nice.

**It isn’t just Miles or Mikey who would do his hair. I like to think that Jeff and Aaron 42 would know basic hair care routines, but I can't can't decide if they would actually know how to style hair.

**They all have their own way of styling his hair like box braids, finger coils, twists, etc.

**AJ loves getting new styles to try out and would change it up every few weeks.

**I imagine that Mikey was allowed to practice on April’s hair, then his own once it started growing out.

So this isn't really relevant in my tv show for Mickey idea but I just wanted to bring up that Mortimer is annoyed at the fact that Mickey was basically his closet key.

I mean this happened early on in Mickey's career, like pre-series, and it kinda came to a head after Mortimer meddled on a case of his. Mickey, being absolutely done with whatever was happening to them, just shoves Mortimer into this abandoned supply room, pulls him down to his level, and demands that Mortimer better not leave this room until he returns after figuring out a way out of the mess they wandered into, while looking roughed up with his ruffled fur.

And Mortimer barely lets out a nod before Mickey takes off, leaving him there to think...for a while and some more afterwards.

I love how Adventure Time is just timeless and can virtually keep going if they really want to.

It has enough material to generate multiple spin-offs at this point with Fionna and Cake already being renewed for a season 2.

I can definitely see them making a series about Pep and his adventures in Wizard City because that Distant Lands special lowkey felt like a pilot episode or about Shermy and Beth forming a rebellion against Gibbon (I wonder if by the time of Fionna and Cake if Gibbon's been born yet)

Headcanon that Margo likes to collects things that are vintage to her like portable CD players, Polaroid & digital cameras, charm bracelets, game consoles, etc.

Am I constantly gonna bombard Netflix with requests to renew My Dad the Bounty Hunter, Daniel Spellbound, and Supa Team 4?

Until things are sorted out between Lunella and her mom, I think Casey might have step in to be Moon Girl for a bit.

After the season 1 finale, I thought something like that would happen just to keep up the appearance that Moon Girl was still around while Mimi worked on the portal to bring Lunella back except it didn't, but now maybe it can happen in the second half of season 2.

Who knows, maybe "Moon Girl's Day Off" was a prelude to Casey having to step into that role more than once.

Also, a chance to see more of Casey and Devil as a duo since they play off of each other so well.

I didn't want to do this because I already have one fanchild I created and don't really do anything with that I didn't want to make another one, but I did for shellshocked and I'm gonna make it everyone's problem.

If you all remember one of the AUs I talked about where Miles and Mikey were roommates, this would take place in that world.

Prepare yourselves for a bunch of incomplete ideas that are subject to change.

Okay to start off, this yokai mad scientist managed to steal DNA from Mikey and Miles (don't ask me how) in order to create an army of mutant super-soldiers with the abilities of the web-slinging hero and one of the most powerful mystic users for some reason. I specifically had it be a yokai to justify how they were able know of Mikey and steal his DNA. (I had the Dark Turtles from TMNT 2003 on my mind when thinking of the concept)

Once they get tipped off about what's happening, the two subdue the scientist and destroy any traces of their genetic material when they come across a baby clone already in development. They make the quick decision to free him from his containment and bring him back to their place.

**Unnecessary side note: The kid isn't a newborn. He's at least a few months old, old enough to be able to sit up on his own. I just wanted to clarify that.**

They wait at least a week before they introduce AJ (shellshocked kid) to their families.

They wanted to make sure he was okay and that he would be y'know stable, so they went to the Spider Society (in my opinion they owe Miles) to see if he was healthy and what abilities they could expect he would develop.

They also went to Draxum since he is like the go-to person for all things mystics.

Outside of all those people, Miles' parents are the first to meet AJ.

So officially, his full name is AJ Dario Hamato-Morales.

Originally, I wanted AJ to be short for Aaron Jefferson, but then I thought about it some more and liked the names Amari Jasper (or Jackson) better.

August was also considered a name because I thought it would be cute for his other nickname to be Auggie, but since I've seen August used as a name mainly for April's parents in fics I thought not to.

I guess I should talk about Mikey and Miles relationship. They're in their mid-20s and are roommates (in Brooklyn, NY), but they're also in this weird pre-dating stage where they're practically together but are (not so) oblivious to how they feel and act with each other. I'm just gonna say this all happens before they officially have a first date.

Now to get into my headcanons for AJ:

** Has a Mothra plushie.

** Looks human but possesses some of the traits of both a spider and turtle.

Able to wall-crawl. (Hadn't decided if he has spider-sense)

Able to secrete venom which can temporarily immobilize a person when bitten. Mikey and Miles are the only ones immune to it.

Gets a bit sluggish when really cold.

Does not have shell to retract into but instead bundles up in blankets or hoodies to feel safe.

** Was able to float a lot when younger. When older, has to relearn how to do that whenever he wants to.

** Has a Spider-Bot like the ones from the Disney Junior show Spidey and His Amazing Friends. Gifted one when he was 6 or 7 years old.

I want to say that Miles made the bot but had help from Lunella (yes I'm still on about that rottmntxmarvel crossover).

** Miles remained in contact with Miles 42/Miles G, so AJ knows him as "Uncle Milo."

Yeah, I just turned 20 back when Hamtaro premiered in states. Also no significant reason, I also imagine Devil easily being a Brony.

Yeah, I imagine he would be a fan of things that had cute, colorful, relatable characters like MLP, Pound Puppies, LPS, etc.

As far as headcanon of Devil's favorite entertainment, how about the anime Hamtaro following the MGaDD episode "Teacher's Pet"?

Oh you unlocked childhood memories for me! I totally remember this on Cartoon Network.

But yeah I can see Devil getting into the anime, maybe even watching it with Angel before he had to return to the school.

I really hope I don't speak this into existence (and will curse myself if I do), but I'm gonna be pissed if at the last minute Disney decides to take the last 10 episodes of MGADD season 2 and try to market that as "season 3."

I have this headcanon for Devil that Clifford the Big Red Dog is one of his favorite characters and that Casey was the one who introduced him to the book series and the following adaptations.

Inspired by that time Casey called him "Clifford" and the the photo shoot the two of them did here:

I can't believe it took me this long to realize that Geoff and Grizz share the same voice actor.

I like how Lunella is shown as being a kid who just happens to be really intelligent.

idk I feel like child prodigies are usually treated as mini adults and there's kinda a whiplash when the narrative decides to acknowledge them actually being kids when it's convenient.

I just think it's good that's not really the case for Lunella in the series.

Can I just talk about Coach Hrbek for a second?

Like this man is not qualified to be teaching science at all. He knows this and would gladly hand it off to someone more suited for that position.

If he isn't using sports analogies to scrape by, then he's depending on Lunella to teach the class if necessary.

And I really like his character!

Because, again, even though he wishes it was someone other than him as the science teacher...

He winds up showing how good of a mentor he is to the kids by being supportive of their accomplishments and picking them up when they're feeling down by their losses.

He may not know much about science, but he is willing to do his best for the students for them to at least have a proper education.

And is immediately protective of them when he sees an adult antagonize his students.

I just feel bad I don't really have much to contribute beyond having them see each other's home life and drawing any comparisons from it but I'm gonna try.

Less of a headcanon and more of a projection but sometimes after a movie Miles and Margo would watch the behind-the-scenes documentary of it because they find it more interesting to learn how the story came to be, how the special effects were created, how sets were constructed, the designs and casting of characters, and how the music was composed.
