With all the commotion about the virus and lock downs some of us are bound to feel overwhelmed when your usual issues show up too. So, it feels good to know that you’re not the only one feeling like crap and days like these happen and soon you get better. It definitely made me feel better to hear from others in similar situations, so communication is key to get out of feeling like that ✅ It was obviously “that” time of the month and I usually i don’t take more than a day off form my workouts (frankly the only activity keeping me together and sane) But this week was absolute garbage and I didn’t workout since last Friday and as if that wasn’t enough I also had 🤢junk food 😂 I still stuck to my minimum 1 vegetable & fruit daily and most of the meals were healthy but! It was accompanied with a lot of things on the side.
