For the amount of times we’ve been training, the range of motion in the knee joint had been lagging terribly. After a year of consistent training, movement in the knee joint has significantly improved. Today was a mild stone because she was able to do some wall sits and perform some front squats!!! Tríceps com corda no crossover . Esse exercício está entre um dos melhores para os músculos do tríceps. Porém, para um melhor aproveitamento, alguns detalhes são necessários. A começar pela postura. Mantenha-se ereto, evitando jogar muito o corpo pra frente, meio que colocando o peso do corpo na corda. Pra isso, use uma carga QUE VOCÊ AGUENTE! A execução deve ser controlada o tempo todo, do início ao fim do exercício. Todas as fases do movimento são importantes, tantos excêntrica quanto concêntrica, logo, desça devagar, afastando as mãos e estendendo os cotovelos e suba fazendo o movimento inverso, sem dar "trancos". Segure um pouquinho o movimento na extensão para evitar aqueles "rebotes", onde o peso desce rápido demais pra segurar lá embaixo. Além de evitar lesões, essa pequena isometria vai potencializar o efeito do exercício nos ganhos de força e hipertrofia. E, não menos importante, RESPIRE! A respiração controlada, correta, melhora muito o desempenho e a execução dos movimentos corretos. Gostou?
