tashi duncan is so funny, she met two mid white boys and she was like ‘is no one going to nurture the homoerotic rivalry underpinning this friendship or do I have to do everything myself’ and then did not wait for an answer. even funnier is how this resulted in a decade of misery for all parties involved but at least the psychosexual torture was fun <3

watching challengers and toxic throuples are back in business thank you luca guadagnino! smthn about falling out of love with your passion/tennis as it becomes a way to channel your love and devotion and feel it in return even if it’s scraps of attention from her and it’s all you’ve become — a vessel and a devotee (art donaldson), losing all your hopes and dreams to a gut wrenching injury and seeing the man who has it all in the tips of his fingers just not put in the work or have the same enthusiasm for it and it makes you want to rip your hair out and stoop lower than you ever have (tashi duncan), clinging to the person who knows how awful you are but wants you all the same and share that drive and passion but age past it with nothing to your name and yearn for a marriage that should’ve could have been yours from either way and so you’re a street mutt ripping apart a couch for attention (patrick zweig), and all in all they’re all so so interesting and i want to pick apart their brains so bad i loved this movie so fucking much I had to rant about it on my comics tumblr that I haven’t used in a while
