My sleep paralysis

Recently, every night, I had sleep paralysis. I couldn't see anything or when i can, it’s my normal room, no monster or anything else. But the most interesting thing is that I heard a voice. Was my voice. I was talking to her about specific things like my script, my life, certain situations. I was talking in my head. I wasn't stressed. In my sleep paralysis, I tried to move, but I couldn't. Then little by little, I could move a little then my whole body. When I could move my whole body, I woke up. But even when I woke up, I continued to discuss what I was saying, but the other voice no longer answered me.

I have a maybe strange theory but: in my sleep paralysis I can't move, and when I succeed, it's a little, then completely and I wake up. So my theory is that I don't have a body. If I have difficulty moving then I succeed it is because my mind has found a body and they must learn to control it, that's why I have difficulty at the beginning.

Dream, shifting or other?
