nagi x fem!reader

“i’m tired”

nagi doesn’t look up from his phone and replies, “then take a nap”. you walk up behind him and drape your arms over his shoulders. “but i wanna talk to you”. 

your best friend still doesn’t look at you and is more focused on the game in front of him. “you can talk to me when you wake up”. pouting, you turn him around in his chair, “i can but i wanna talk to you now”.

“well i don’t want you to talk to me now. take a nap”, he says and picks you up by the waist as if you were a couple of grapes and walks over to the bed all the while you were protesting over his shoulder, “noooo”.

he throws places you gently onto the bed, “now”. you whine and reach up to wrap your arms around his neck, pulling him down on top of you. 

“ugh”, nagi groans but lies on top of you nonetheless only to be met by your giggles as you wrap your legs around his waist and your arms around his neck, keeping him in place. 

he mumbles into the crook of your neck, “this is such a hassle”. you grin, “say what you want, you like cuddling”. “shut up”. “never”, you retaliate and kiss the crown of his head.

“fine. you win”, he says as he kisses your neck. you chuckle softly and tighten your grip on him. “i always do”. 

“don’t get too cocky”, he mumbles against your skin. “mhm. i will. watch me”, you start running your fingers through his hair as you always do.

“you’re so needy”, he remarks. “needy for you”, you reply, kissing his temple gently. “whatever”, he mutters and buries his face into your neck more before adding. “not gonna disagree though”.

you smile and continue running your fingers through his hair as he sighs contentedly at the feeling, mumbling a quick “love you” into your neck. “i love you too, sei”. 

after a few quiet moments, the white haired boy mumbles a question (though it didn’t really feel like a question), “what if we kiss?”.

being stunned by the question, you ask, “what if we what.”. he separates from you enough to look down at you, “you heard me. what if we kiss?”. you blink in confusion multiple times. “you..wanna kiss me?”.

“yeah”, nagi states matter of factly only to be met with more confusion on your part. “why?”. he shrugs and replies casually, “cuz your lips are cute”. 

you tilt your head in confusion and touch your lips lightly, “huh? that’s why you wanna kiss me?”. he nods and holds your chin gently. “yeah. just shut up and let me kiss you already”.

“friends don’t kiss, sei”. sei just shrugs again and says, “then lets not be ‘friends’ anymore”. you furrow your brows at him, still not understanding a thing that was coming out of his mouth. “what do you want to be then?”.

“your boyfriend”, he says plainly, still holding your chin between his thumb and index finger. “what…really?”, you ask dumbfounded. “yeah. it’s obvious we’re already like..a thing”. 

“we are?”. for the first time in a while, nagi chuckles softly and pokes the side of your head, “you’re really that dense, huh?”. you felt a bit embarrassed but you knew it was true. “yeah kind of…”.

he huffed and moved his hand to hold your chin again, “whatever. yes, we’re a thing. can i kiss you now?”.

“um..sure”, you replied, not knowing if he actually would. lo and behold, he dips down and captures your lips with his. his eyes are closed and he almost smiles against your lips. his right hand is still holding your chin delicately while his left hand is resting next to your ear as he tilts his head to taste more of your lips.

you, on the other hand could not focus on the kiss with all the thoughts and questions running rampant in your mind. you break the kiss by pushing him away slightly. “wait wait..so you- you like me?”, you ask.

“yes. now shut up and kiss me again”, he states, trying to dip down again. you push him up again to stop him from kissing you again. “wait i just- i’m confused. you like me..romantically?”, you ask him with a quizzical expression.

nagi sighs and nods, “yes. you’re an idiot. kiss me again”. you finally put the pieces together and pout up at him. 

“that’s not a very nice thing to say to your new girlfriend”. he rolls his eyes and replies, “i’m allowed to be mean to you, my new girlfriend. kiss me again”. 

“nope. no kisses until you’re nice again”, you say and turn your head away from him, still pouting. 

he sighs again. “…fine. i’m sorry. now can i kiss you again?” “only if you say please” “ugh fine. please pretty please can i kiss you again?”, he asks and turns your head back to face him by your chin. 

looking up at his cute expression, you can’t deny him for longer and break out into a smile. “yes, yes you can”. 

he doesn’t waste a second and kisses you again, murmuring, “finally”. you chuckle softly against his lips and kiss him back, finally.

being partners with chuuya is fun. it’s fun to see his silly little reactions to your comments. your banter is one thing you often look forward to, going into work. 

and today was no different. 

“i have such grabbable hips but no one’s grabbing them”, you say with a sigh, leaning against his office wall. 

chuuya looks at you with a stern expression, “don’t you have anything better to talk about?”. you shake your head at him, “nope”.

“then i suggest you shut your mouth”. you grinned. “i don’t take orders from you”. 

you could basically hear his jaw clench from across the room. “shut your mouth or i’ll shut it for you”. 

you smirked, “that’s hot”. your partner stands up from his desk and walks over to you with clenched fists. “what? think you can get off lightly with your actions? think again, sweetheart”. 

he stands right in front of you with a cold smirk, “don’t test me”. your smirk only widens and you lean closer to him, whispering, “i think i wanna”. 

he steps even closer. “you want to test me?”, he says and grips your chin. “then you better be prepared for the consequences”.

you don’t pull away as this part was your favourite of every day. “you wanna kiss me sooo bad, it makes you look stupid”. 

he smirks, “oh really?”. he pulls you closer so that your lips are only a few inches apart before he bites your bottom lip gently, not breaking eye contact with you. “i guess we’ll see if that’s the case”.

you practically whisper straight into his mouth, “yeah?”. he whispers back against your lips, “yeah”. 

putting one hand behind your neck and grabbing your waist with the other, he pulls you even closer. you smirk and tilt your head to just lightly brush your lips over his and whisper, “then what’re you gonna do about it?”.

“this”, he says before closing the gap between your lips quite forcefully, causing a gasp to escape your lips for a brief moment before reciprocating. 

pulling away from the kiss, you smile softly and touch your lips where he kissed you, “i see…”. 

chuuya grins cheekily and tilts your head up to face him by your chin. “what can i say? i do as i please and right now, that includes you”. 

you snicker at his comment, “you wanna do me?”. he smirks, “you know the answer to that question already”. “do i?”. 

he chuckles and wraps both arms around your waist, pulling you closer. “stop being a tease. let’s discuss a deal, shall we?”. you were intrigued and loosely wrapped your arms around his neck. “what kind of deal?”.

“you agree to be mine and i agree to let the world know that my gorgeous, gorgeous angel belongs to me and only me”.
