Honestly, I never thought of this pairing but I kinda see it. Petunia's hate and envy for her sister was infinite which sets the right basis for incest 😈. I can totally see them kissing, perhaps Petunia forcing Lily and later mocking her for enjoying it. Also, rare pairings have a special place in my heart.
