Been a while since I posted art here. Made this little comic recently.
After Undergrowth, Sam becomes distant from her friends. Although she and Sam don’t get along, Valerie knows something’s wrong- eventually, the two get into a scuffle that allows Sam let out her anger. And as the two lay in the dirt… they just start laughing.

Based on this scene from Star Trek-
https://youtu.be/LuzoxcErOc8?si=Af4wbr346QWtzGBZ
I’m miffed they never addressed this. Sam prides herself in having Danny’s back. Can you imagine how she’d feel having not been able to do a thing about her mind control? Especially when Danny was able to overcome his for her sake in Control Freaks? Not to mention taking something she enjoys and twisting it into something vile. I feel like she’d be way too hard on herself about it.

Ah, apologies. I remember that now.
So they both did and didn’t mean to end it on that episode. Huh.
I know this is weird, but I always thought that the Teen Titans ending episode was about letting things go, that sometimes attachments, when put through time will evolve to the immature eye as unacceptable but the mature eye, growing up, understands letting go of it. I'm surprised you don't like the ending.
And see I always thought that "someone was dead/as good as dead because they're a statue and now they are suddenly alive again without any explanation and their memory is gone" is different from "letting things go." See, I'd have an easier time with the message of letting things go if Terra had an explanation, had her memories back, and simply said "I don't want to be around you anymore, I don't want this life anymore. Let me go." Instead, we are presented with a puzzle, a mystery that reopens old wounds for one of our main characters and a mystery that the writers are not interested in solving. It erases Terra's own agency by wiping her memories, not allowing to have the choice of maturing and moving on. If her memories are still there, if the person that she was still exists inside of her mind, then she is being denied the choice of who she wants to be and what she does with herself. She can't move on because she's just as much imprisoned as if she was still a statue. And also quite frankly it's a pretty shitty message to your fanbase for your last episode - the capstone of your 5-season run - especially after this last season - a VERY plot-focused season has been about bringing people together and showing how united we're stronger - to make your message "Don't think about this major plot point, split apart, and things change and you should just fucking get over it, losers. How dare you want to stay connected to something from your past that had a major emotional impact on you."

Wait, wasn’t capping it off on that one unintentional? IIRC, Season 6 was greenlit, then cancelled, and Things Change was the only episode completed.

Teen Titans Pokemon Mystery Dungeon AU- in which Robin becomes a Riolu, Vic becomes a Golett, Star becomes a Torchic, Raven becomes a Ralts, and Gar becomes a Grookey.
Starfire takes a shine to birdseed in this one
Beast Boy legit goes all one ring over a stick he picks up until he sacrifices it to save his friends at the end of the adventure
Raven gets hella annoyed by her Ralts hair getting into her eyes all the time
The group take on a mission from a scared pair of Plusle and Minum to deliver a package through a cave filled with Ghost Pokemon.
Out of the group, Cyborg is the quickest to adapt to his new body
Let’s play a game. Send me a potential AU and I’ll tell you five fun facts that would happen in a story.

Yep. This is my exact face when the Tamers sequel finally comes around and Takato inevitably gets with Jeri/Juri instead of Rika/Ruki.

As much as I don’t want to contribute to shipping wars, I don’t… “get” togachako as a ship right now. Forget anything involving Izuku, I’m talking this ship, and this ship alone.
Like… Toga has killed people. A lot of people. A non-zero amount of it while using Ochako’s quirk. If I lived in the My Hero world, and someone used my quirk to hurt people, I’d feel violated. And she’s contributed to a cause that killed even more people and heroes.
Adding onto that, Ochako states outright that she can’t just excuse what Toga’s done. She will have to go to jail.
I’m all for the redemption arc/Superman approach to crime. I wanted Ochako and Deku to save Toga and Shigaraki’s souls. But, If Ochako enters into a relationship with someone who took the lives of innocents and good people… my opinion of her would decrease immensely.
So… why exactly can Toga just be excused? Why is them dating after all that’s happened not INSANELY problematic?
Please, help me understand.

I think a good reason why I don’t like Professor Hulk is that, well… it really is what the Hulk calls out Banner on doing constantly in the comics- it’s not Banner and Hulk working together. It’s just Banner controlling and suppressing Hulk… being treated as a good thing.

It feels so friggin bizarre, maybe even cursed, to see just how much more antagonistic Phineas and Ferb were originally going to be with Candace in the original pitch and the early episodes. End of series Phineas woulda probably punched out Early Production/Episode Phineas.
Like, you can see it being phased out through season 1- Phineas being a sarcastic jerk dies out pretty quickly, and even the episodes where they naively but directly harm Candace start to dry up as we approach the season finale. (From season 2 onward, anything bad that happens to Candace isn’t really their fault- whether it be someone like Suzy, or Candace’s own carelessness). Still, it’s weird to look back on.
