Diagnosed: Hypermobile Elhers Danlos Syndrome, Thoracic Scoliosis, Autism, ADHD, treatment resistant Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Arachnophobia, BPD, CPTSD, OCD.

Dislikes: heat waves, spiders, the dark, eating, slow walkers, constant unending pain, old people, being broke, when the scale doesn’t go down, my dad, not knowing cals, cleaning, lack of control.
Safe Foods: take out (working on it), cucumbers, tomatoes, potato and leek soup, chips and aioli (my weakness), Caesar salads, pastries, avocado sushi.
Fear Foods: fruits (working on it), most deli meats, full sugar drinks
Intake: I try to limit myself to OMAD when possible and limit my cal intake to >1000 per day regardless of amount of meals. During fasts I will drink water, no sugar drinks, and Gatorade without seeing it as breaking fast.

152cm (5foot nothing)
HW: ~75kg bmi 32.5 (was during recovery so I wasn’t checking)

A few days ago my partner asked what I wanted for dimmer and I responded “yeah I dunno, I’m not really hungry” and they blew up being like “you need to eat, you have an eating disorder and just act like you don’t. It’s not healthy!”
Like excuse me I act plenty like someone with an eating disorder, just not someone in recovery.

Hi...I need help. Im so fat, how do I lose weight super duper quick?
when i was at my hw (62 kg) the first 5 were really easy to lose through fasting and exercise! here are some things to keep in mind though:
when u are doing extended fasts, build ur way up. first do 24 hr, then add 12 hr until u reach however long u want. usually my fasts were about 72 hrs, now i only do 24-48. if u feel weak or like u are going to faint, stop ur fast and start again the next day!
if u are at a really high sw, then ease up on walking bc it can put pressure on ur joints. u can do low impact workouts and switched to walking and pilates when u lose more
be careful! losing weight quickly can make u feel weak, nutrient deficiencies, and make u feel irritable and depressed. it's best to only do rlly long fasts for a short time
be careful with ur gut health! make sure ur bowel movements are good, use laxatives sparingly, only when u rlly need them. hemorrhoids are not fun, take it from someone who deals with them often :')
also keep in mind my hw is 62kg (bmi 25.2) so if u are at a higher bmi, ur wl will look different from mine! good luck!!!
