im back!
im back, everyone, i have had a massive health journey since my last post, and you can probably tell by my food log as well. Had a bit of a health scare so i am currently aiming to get better. i will definitely have my ups and downs by that is all to do with recovery (:

i have gained 10kg since of last year after letting go of my disordered eating. i dont hate my body nor do i love my body at this moments, finding this balance is a work in progress but im trying my best step by step.

yet again i haven't kept track of my calories (no surprise) but i have been going to interval sprints everyday except for 2 and i have been quit happy. my calories burned have ranged from 200 - 300kcal. though i have hurt my ankle yesterday which has made it hard for me to run today, but with some rest i will be back at it tomorrow. i hope everyone is well (:

hey I was just wondering what workout you do or how to burn calories??
currently i am doing some interval sprints on my Treadmill on a high incline to burn my calories, i have tried home workouts but personally they don't work for me.

super proud of myself today i failed at doing a workout but i did a 30min jog with sprints through out, soon ill be able to go to 40min. food intake was pretty good happy with today.

i feel i forget about this platform and then for a fews days ill be posting, then disappear.
i have really lost myself these couple months, just eating and not caring what i am consuming and it has brought a massive toll on my weight where i cant even recognise myself from my neck down. i have completely stopped any type of exercise for myself which thinking now was a bad idea.
i really cant say how reliable my words are in the future but for now im going to try and make some efforts in posting here with my food and exercise log to try and better myself in the process.
