“Our Bond Will Not Weaken From Distance” Okay, so there’s two good ways and one iffy way I can think of using this. Say, you and a person you are very close with are going to be separated for whatever reason, be it from moving, death, or not being allowed access to eachother. Good Idea: You and the other person can carry this on your person or keep it with you in general. Good Idea: You can draw this on a picture of you and that person. Iffy Idea: Or you can draw this sigil and have both of you put a drop of your own blood on it.

Keep the Wildlife Healthy and Well Spell

Needed:
acorns (20 or more)
Small twigs
Leaves
Sea salt
Three green candles
Pouch to hold everything
Steps:
🌿go outside and collect all your acorns, twigs, and leaves and place them in the pouch.
🌿back at home, set an altar and scatter some sea salt to purify your space, then place the three green candles in the center and light them.
🌿set the pouch in front of the candles and say:
“Spirits of nature, the magic you weave,
Bring power to this spell with acorns and leaves,
All of the creatures are healthy and free,
Bring total protection to all that we see.”
🌿let the candles burn all the way down then place the sea salt inside the pouch.
🌿on the next full moon, return to where you gathered your items and return them to nature, scattering them on the ground to ensure balance. The animals and insects will remain healthy and protected!

Must-have starter herbs
When I was a baby witch I remember being all “???” on the herbs. I knew I wanted to start working with them, but I had a very limited options. Not only did I know next to nothing, but I was also in that famed broom-closet. Here are some basic bitches that witches gotta love and respect

Bay leaf
Please love this baby (or should I say BAYBY??). It’s a great protector, fabulous at banishing, and it greatly helps with dreamwork. Oh! And I almost forgot. It has healing properties, so drink that antibacterial bay leaf tea for your sore throat. It’ll help!
A fun thing to do with a bay leaf:
If you must part with your lover, break a bay leaf in half with them. Keep one half, give the other to them. It will protect your relationship, keep y'all faithful to each other, and it will ensure you guys meeting again.
Cinnamon
Might as well be the first thing I looked up as a fetus witch. I got delighted when I learned that it helps drawing money, happiness, and love! What else could you want in your life? Oh. Health? It does that, too. Don’t worry about it.
Drawing money with cinnamon:
Get yourelf a (preferably) green baggie. Light up a (green) candle. Put some coins in it. Write your intention (“I will receive 30$ by the end of this month”) in a piece of paper. Seal it with wax. Let dry. Chuck it in the baggie. Sprinkle some cinnamon in it. End the ritual and leave the baggie undisturbed. When you recieve your money, leave an offering (if you wish).
Lavander
Like all things purple (coughamethystcough), lavander brings peace to a restless mind. It also aids in attracting pure love, calming down stressed nerves, and sharpening one’s mind. It aids in purification, so make some lavander water and get scrubbing!
Lavander sugar:
Layer lavander flowers and sugar in a jar, let it sit in the dark, cool place for a month and ta-da! It’s tasty and helps in love-work.
Chamomile
This little thing not only helps with restless stomachs, but also aids the holy trinity: purification, money, and love! It’s also a luck bringer.
Luck at gambling: before you go playing cards with your buddies or just betting, wash your hands with chamomile infused water for a little boost!
Black pepper
Now THIS BAD BOY! He’s hard-core. He banishes, protects, and adds a bite to everything you put it in. It also wards off the Evil Eye.
Pro tip: carry black pepper everywhere you go. People that wish evil upon you will have it reflected upon em. They also might start sneezing.
Okay, folks, I’m tired already. These are some of my favorites, so please don’t be mmean to them. I love them. But I also love you!

Brain fog lifting
Little witchy ways to help with brain fog (UPG). Brain fog is basically when you struggle with mental clarity, memory, focus, low energy, grumpiness, and the like. It’s no fun!
Using Crystals:
Pick a clear crystal, like quartz. Hold it to your temples/forehead and let it draw out the fog. Picture the fog being pulled from your head and swirling into the crystal, and the coldness of the crystal bringing clarity to your mind. (You can also do this by touching a crystal in your pocket if you’re in public!)
Using Water:
Dip your fingers in snow/moon water (tap water will do if needed) and touch any points on your face that you feel like the fog is affecting it (if that makes sense?!) I like to do: a drop on my chin, a drop on each cheekbone, one on my forehead and on both temples, and on my eyelids as well. With each drop, say a word you would like to bring back (clarity, focus, understanding, comprehension, memory, retrieval, ~ability to see~).
Using Air:
Get fresh air (even through a cracked window) and breathe deeply for one minute. Envision it swirling in your mind and clearing away any muckiness. 
Using Sigils:
Find sigils for brain fog, clarity, memory, etc. and draw them in a place that you feel connects to your mind. For me, it’s my pulse points on my inner wrist (since drawing sigils on your face can be a hassle!
Non-witchy advice:
(Aka boring “have you thought about changing your entire lifestyle?” stuffs)
Evaluate your diet, and consider if there may be any foods influencing it. Have you been tested for food allergies? It’s worth considering!
Try to do light exercise at least once a day. For me this involves a little extra walking on campus, or some stretches in the morning.
Less sugary drinks, more water. 
Give yourself at least 10-30 minutes before bed to wind down/think about the day/de-stress - even if it means you go to bed a little bit later. It can help sleep if you’re really busy and stressed.
Get a planner/make a to-do list. 
Getting up at the first alarm is better for your clarity than hitting snooze six times (but I am guilty of the latter).

Self Care with the Moon (Astrology)
Nurturing, Self care and your Moon sign/placement
The moon in a natal chart represents how we nurture, how we want to be nurtured, our habits and our receptivity.
If you’re feeling tense, anxious or in need of self care and nurturing, look to your moon sign for some help as to how you can take better care of your emotional well being.
Moon in Aries/1st House/conjunct the AC from the 12th - Express your emotions to others upfront - Take care of your appearance - Do jobs for yourself, you’ll feel better being independent - Have that emotional blow up, don’t hold it in - Don’t sit around wallowing in your emotions. Get up, and go DO something, take initiative - You want to cry? Do it
. - Be in solitude sometimes (if your moons in the first house, you’re quite receptive to other people’s emotions. You need to get away from that from time to time)
Moon in Taurus/2nd House - Material comforts such as good food, a soft bed, and comfy clothes will greatly help nurture you - Having a well balanced bank account - Write down 5 things a day that you value (about yourself, and/or what you have - not what you want). A gratitude diary would be great! - Listening to music (or making music if you like to) will help you relax. Also painting and sculpting - Hugs! Moon in Gemini/3rd House - Talk about your feelings - Get out of the house and go for short trips around your neighbourhood/local area. Being in your house for too long will make you agitated - Talk to others, In real life or online. Moon in Leo/5th House - Be generous and spread happiness to others - Take the spotlight (but don’t be too greedy) - Let people know how you really feel (don’t be too pushy about it) - Express your creativity! - Dance if you want to! - Watch a comedy or joke around with friends - Play games with children/Release your inner child - Party 🎉 - Play games! - Express your love to your lover. Take time out with yourself to avoid emotional strain - Spend time ‘going within’ yourself. You can do this through mediation or simply self contemplation. You have a need to know yourself. - You need to protect your vulnerability.
