Why Should You Be Focusing More On Your Mental Health Than Your Physical Health??
In this time of lockdown, it is really hard to focus on our physical health and also our mental health. Many people are losing their jobs, so it is relatable why mental health has come to the foreground. 
There is many news of celebs or even normal people committing suicide because of depression and honestly it is a lot to bear. It is not easy to come out of a bad state of mind and that is the reason why I will be including mental health tips also in this blog.

Well you will be surprised if I tell you that you won’t be worried about your body size if you are happy in your life. Well trust me, I know a lot of people who are really fat or really slim who just enjoy their life. 
I am not saying you should not be focusing on your physical health. But all I am saying is that if you have a happy mind, you won’t be needing any other medicine in your life. Also, a happy mind leads to a happy body. 
Find what soothes your mind. Be it music, jogging, chatting with friends or any other thing. But Please Don’t Stop Taking Your Mental Health Seriously Too!
So guys just learn to be calm and happy in all situation. And keep hope that we will come out of this situation safe and sound.

Does The One Punch Man Challenge Really Work??
One punch man challenge is a fitness trend sweeping the internet. It from an anime of the same name. Well, all you have to do is
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats
10km Running
Everyday for 100 days.
So I came across those when I was looking for fastest ways to lose fat on the internet. This sure isn’t easy and will make you tired, but does it really work??
There are videos on youtube that say they got six-packs within a month following this and others say it took them more than a year but no six-pack. Well here is the post that is gonna clear all of your doubts.

So I was so desperate to get slim that I started it right next day. I had considerable experience doing high intensity exercises. So here is how I planned on doing it:
1) In the morning, after breakfast, I will do the pushups and the squats both in 5 sets of 20.
2) In the afternoon, after lunch, I will do the situps and the running.
I did this for a total of 3 months(92 days). with one or two days break a week, and from my experience this is one of the hardest workout routines out there. After 3 months I was really in for a shock. I hoped that my weight will reduce and I will have six-pack abs, but my stomach was still the same but my weight had increased about 5 kgs.
It was a great shock for me and seriously I was sad(Really sad!!). My diet was that I will eat light breakfast, heavy lunch and light dinner and no snacks in between. So ya here it is. In my opinion, it works only if you have a tailored diet. A diet that constitutes the right amount of nutrients. I did not have that so, it didn’t work for me.
But who is stopping you. Take the help of a nutritionist to get a tailored diet and try out the one-punch-man challenge. And comments down if you have or are going to try it.

I woke up to my dog having a seziure this morning, most likely caused by the stress of the vet exam she had the other day and the pain and infection in her teeth. She has surgery Friday, it’s 1000$ Please donate if you can, if you can’t please reblog this or spread it to your friends.
Seeing your baby suffer like this isn’t fun, and my therapy dog just had a stroke also and I can’t even afford to get him in to the vet because of this.
I’m a disabled person as well and my own medical expenses are pilling for things that I need.
Please share this, I am feeling very trapped right now and scared for my animals.

Here is a list of some arm exercises along with the number of times to do them that will give you strong biceps within a month:
1) Pushups(10 reps, 5 sets)
2) Plank(Not Elbow)(30 seconds, 3 sets)
3) Chair Dips(15 reps, 4 sets)
4) Weight Lifts(Any object 2kg or above)(100 reps each arm ,2 sets)
5) Pull ups(10 reps, 3 sets)
All these exercises will give you strong biceps that you can show off . You can also opt for more reps or sets if you feel the above exercises easy. Also this is an alternate to dumbells or weight exercises.

Should you or should you not be doing warm-up exercises that is the big question rolling through your minds. The answer is that although warmups may be a vital part of exercising it isn’t always necessary to do warmup.
In a case where you are doing very light exercises like jumping jacks or crunches, warmups are not necessary, you can continue even without them. But, if you have an elaborate exercise plan of say 1 to 2 hours then you definitely need to be doing those warmups.
Warmup exercises tend to make sure that the body is heated up and your muscles toned before you start your exercises. My advice is that dont go for eleborate warmup routines but stick with something much simple and easy to follow that doesn’t make you feel bored and at the same time will help to heat up your body and ready for that exercises.

Leg Muscle Exercises To Get Those Strong Legs
Here is a list of some exercises to strengthen your leg muscles along with the number of times each exercise can be performed everyday to get strong leg muscles quickly.

1) Squats(20 reps, 3 sets)
2) Jogging or sprinting(If jogging 20 min/ 2.5 km and if sprinting 30 seconds,5 sets)
3) Skipping(250-500 reps)
4) Burpees(20 reps, 2 sets)
5) High Knees(30 seconds, 3 sets)
6) Squat jumps(10 reps, 3 sets)
7) Wall Sits(30 seconds-1 minute, 2 reps)
These exercises are sure to give you strong leg muscles within a month or two if done properly and according to the number of sets above. Make sure that you drink plenty of water to avoid cramps and get sufficient break in between each exercises.
