Some periods of our growth are so confusing that we don’t even recognize that growth is happening. We may feel hostile or angry or weepy and hysterical, or we may feel depressed. Major hoop dance block

Im stuck! I just can not seem to tap into the creativity. I already know the problem and it is that my job is working me to death. So much so that I don't even have time to talk to anyone. It has been forever since I have seen a friend. I feel like if I could just get back into a hoop dancing routine then everything else will also fall into place. And I have a performance coming up that I have barely practiced! Ugh hoop dance come back to me!
