Hear me out, so Howard Hughes was 1.92 m tall, and House is based on him, right. So, does that mean that maybe, just maybe they're the same height?

This 1999 house is soon to celebrate it's 1st anniversary of being on the market. Why can't it sell? Located in Presto, PA it has 5bds, 7ba, $4.5M. So far, no price reduction and it's been on the market 345 days.

So, here's the grand entrance. I think I like it- the pale pink, gold and black.

The sitting room is immediately to the left of the front door.

Across the entrance hall from the sitting room is a large dining room with double fireplaces on either side of the wall.

The kitchen is gigantic and I love the pale pink walls.

Burgundy living room. There's a terrace outside and a contrasting fireplace.

Staircase has an interesting railing. I like it. Lighted murals line the walls.

The office at the top of the stairs is richly done in wood paneled walls.

The primary bedroom is gigantic and done in tones of gray & dusky purple.

The en-suite bath is insane. It's bigger than my apt. and even has a hair salon station.

Check out this black & white bedroom.

Also up here is a bathroom with a kitchenette.

On an upper level is this cool spacey family room. I don't even know what that is, but I like it.

Incredible kids playroom.

Going down to the lower level. Gorgeous fountain.

Down here you have your own little town.

Looks like they have a small buffet set out here.

The wine cellar looks like a cute little wine shop.

Beautiful home theater.

Look at the sun rooms on the top of the house. I don't know why it hasn't sold. It's an incredible home.

His wife, endured his behavior, with only occasional reprimands. LBJ has been referred to as a "giant" of a man, a description only his late wife Lady Bird (and dozens of other younger women) could verify. When swapping tales of womanizing with his fellow Senators, he would often brag about it, saying things like “Old Jumbo sure got a workout last night.” Now that's swagger.

Bekaretimi İlk Sevgilime Verdim! (Sena 18 Y., Eskişehir)

Selam arkadaşlar. Ben Sena, 1.70 boyunda, dolgun ve çıkık popolu, yuvarlak göğüsleri olan, erkekleri kolayca etkileyebilen bir bayanım. Anlatacağım olay 16 yaşımda, Lisede okurken gerçekleşti. Kulak mememi öptü ve "Seni istiyorum prenses!" diye fısıldadı. Sonra yavaşça dudaklarını dudaklarıma değdirdi. Benim karşılık verdiğimi gönce nazikçe dudaklarımı öpmeye başladı. Ben de onu öpüyordum. Güzel bir yemek hazırlamış masayı kurmuş, iki tane mum yakmıştı. Çok romantik bir ambiyanstı. Hemen yanıma geldi ve sarıldı. Çok hoş bir parfüm sıkmıştı. Kokusu beni benden alıyordu. Fomalhaut Star: The Brightest Star of the Southern Fish

Fomalhaut is part of the southern constellation of Piscis Austrinus or the “Southern Fish.” With a magnitude of 1.16, it is the brightest star in the said constellation and the 18th brightest in the night sky. This white star is also known as Alpha Piscis Austrinus.

The name Fomalhaut was derived from the Arabic Fum al Hut which means “mouth of the fish.” This is a description of its position in the constellation pattern as seen in the night sky. Fomalhaut, Aldebaran, Antares, and Regulus are called the Royal Stars in Persian culture.

have a witcher au featuring royal knight Bushra to Fox surly princess with witcher Riyo and instigator/king Ponds!

putting the vague story under the cut for funsies :D

Bushra is Fox’ royal guard, charged with the princess safety and they’re hopelessly in love. Ponds, who’s had enough of of this courtly love and them making terrible love-struck eye contact all day, decides to leave in the knowledge that Fox would never go for her feelings with him present 80 percent of the time. (he’s using the opportunity to investigate a sighting of Jango, who should be very much dead, thank you).

But!

Knowing that Bushra would simply pull double duty and never relax to keep Fox extra safe now, decides to put out a call out for the most ‘diplomatic’ witcher, so Bushra will feel more assured in chilling for a bit.

Riyo has been unwittingly thrown into the whole ordeal and arrives at court because the new king, whomst she and her comerades have never met, declared her presence of ‘utter importance’. She meets the incognito traveling king on her way there and is slightly confused by this stranger casually dropping into convo with her, that does not happen to a witcher, but moves on. Ponds meanwhile has the time of his life, knowing he sent Riyo to Fox, who, famously absolutely does not want anyone she doesn’t know at court, this is more stress, Ponds, why the fuck did you ask for a witcher to come here?!

Shenanigans ensue, Riyo is stuck there now and gets a vague idea of what’s going on by seeing Fox and Bushra interact for 0.5 seconds, so she stays there to play bodyguard and watch those two go on their Not-Dates. (the moment she stepped before Fox, the princess looked at her, said “No.” and walked straight out of the room. There’s a reason Ponds asked for the ‘most diplomatic’ one.)

When Ponds returns mere minutes after Fox has finally asked for Bushra’s hand in marriage, he meets a very exasperated and exhausted Riyo, who marches up to him with a pointed finger and a very angry “Y O U”, to which he goes “who? me? :)”

Fox courted Bushra with another sword btw. She now has another magical one, next to her terrifying Zweihänder :)

It's time to fix Logan's Scheduling Problems(TM)

@ironwoman359 had a really good post and it inspired this one because I could not stop breaking down Logan's priorities chart. I have boarded the hyperfixation express and taken it all the way down to the dreaded mathville just to think about graphs and charts. Oh dear. This is so unlike me. But the chart is so funny and they actually took a decent amount of time to think through the amounts of time spent on each task, allowing us to break down the original schedule before it was "fixed" to adjust for Roman.

So buckle up because I have double checked the math but I am very adhd and often quite a bit stupid from stress related brainfog so who fuckin knows if this is accurate.

LET'S GOOOOOOO

This is Logan's original proposed schedule which I borrowed from @ironwoman359's post:

We can see it's a nice chart, lovely and hand made which I greatly enjoy. And luckily we have numbers to work with so we can figure out exactly how much time is alotted to what based on the percentages in a 24 hour day.

And oh guess what! They're ridiculous numbers designed specifiily to allow that 0.5% for Dreams but I'll get to that in a moment.

If you're anything like me, (quite a but math stupid) those percentages don't really give enough info on how long they're actually taking for each just by looking at it. So here's the breakdown in hours because finding out how many hours each thing accounts for should give us an idea of Logan's priorities.

40% - Work (9.6 hours - oof)

33% ‐ Sleep (7.92 hours)

12.5% - Eat (3 hours)

8% - Exercize (1.92 hours)

4% ‐ General Hygene (57.6 minutes)

2% - Dental Hygene (28.8 minutes - mega oof)

0.5% - Dreams (7.2 minutes - fuckin ouch)

As we can see, Logan's chart is heavily skewed to work, sleep and eating. But these numbers are still potentially hard to understand. "Why does it say 57.6 minutes?" You might be asking. So we will round those numbers to a more understandable range because ideally we are trying to add up to 24 hours:

Work: 10

Sleep: 8 hours

Eat: 3 hours

Exercize: 2 hours

Gen. Hygene: 1 hour

Dental Hygene: 30 minutes (seriously, oof)

At this point when we round, that is 24.5 hours which already goes over so we are obligated to round one down instead of up for the sake of the 24 hours- we will round work to 9 hours 30 minutes instead of ten hours and this still leaves no room for dreams or recreation of any kind at all. We can assume this was the ORIGINAL proposed schedule before the changes. That's why he's got such weirdly specific numbers. He's alotted time specifically for dreams by taking minutes from everything except eating and work, leaving only 7-ish minutes.

Which is bullshit so let's break this down in each one to validate each choice's logic:

Work: 9 and a half hours

This is way too much. Therefore, we will snag an hour and put it aside for later and snag that other 30 minutes for breaks.

Conckusion- 8 hours for work and 30 minutes for breaks.

Sleep: 8 hours

The recommended amount of time, we will not touch this number.

Eat: 3 hours

1 hour per meal and since c!Thomas canonically rarely cooks, it is an ample amount of time to heat up something quick and enjoy the meal. We can count this number as untouchable as well.

Exercise: 2 hours

This is our second potentially flexible number. It's recommended 30 minutes every day to be healthy, not two full hours so there is a potential hour and a half that could be taken here for something else. This is important.

Number of time saved: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Gen. Hygene: 1 hour

This accounts for shower time and presentability time, IE hair brushing and clothes. This is a decent amount of time and could leave room for flexibility as not everyone needs an hour, however we will leave this time to itself.

Dental hygene: 30 minutes

Oh boy what the actual fuck Logan. The American Dental Association says the recommended amount of time for brushing yoir teeth is 2 minutes 2 times a day. That's 4 minutes, not 30. Then it's plus 1 minute for wetting the toothbrush and applying toothpaste, and another 2 minutes of wiggle room for a once a day flossing. Plus another minute or whatever for mouthwash or something else.

Conclusion- We will generously round this number to 10 minutes for dental hygene.

Number of time saved: 20 minutes.

That brings us to a total of 2 hours and 50 minutes for literally everything else and this is a good number. Thats almost 3 hours worth of time we can be slotting to dreams and leisure acrivities and also socializing!

This is the most insane rich people’s house I’ve ever posted. When I first looked at it, I thought it was a converted church, but it’s not. It’s on the 10th green of the Nevillewood Country Club in Presto, Pennsylvania. 4bd., 5ba. 2 half baths. I can’t believe it’s not more than $4.5M.

So, here’s the grand entrance hall. This home if full of marble.

So, this is a sitting room. It looks like the coffered ceiling is illuminated.

The dining room has a modern raised fireplace and a big gold ceiling medallion.

Have you even seen a kitchen like this? The cabinetry is stunning and look at the islands. I like the pale pink walls and the lighting around the perimeter of the ceiling.

This is probably for everyday dining, and there’re also doors to a patio.

Very businesslike office. 

The stairs are amazing, alone. Murals and neon- they didn’t spare any expense.

Here’s a family room. 

This would be the huge main bd. 

But, in comparison to the en-suite bath, it looks small. Look at this.

That ceiling. So, there’s a chair for having your hair done on the left.

And, there’s a vanity table for putting on makeup.

And, look at this bd. It must be on the topmost floor, by the looks of the ceiling. 

This is an interesting room Looks like a family room.

Unusual bathroom.

If this is a guestroom, I wouldn’t mind staying in here.

Plus a bath with a very fancy tub.

Going down, this looks like a fountain in a pool.

This is the entrance to-

A private, indoor “street.”

It has a humidor and a perfumeria, which might be what this is.

Plus, a big wine cellar that looks like a liquor store.

Look at the climate control unit in the wine cellar.

There are several patios all around the house.
