This 1999 house is soon to celebrate it's 1st anniversary of being on the market. Why can't it sell? Located in Presto, PA it has 5bds, 7ba, $4.5M. So far, no price reduction and it's been on the market 345 days.

So, here's the grand entrance. I think I like it- the pale pink, gold and black.

The sitting room is immediately to the left of the front door.

Across the entrance hall from the sitting room is a large dining room with double fireplaces on either side of the wall.

The kitchen is gigantic and I love the pale pink walls.

Burgundy living room. There's a terrace outside and a contrasting fireplace.

Staircase has an interesting railing. I like it. Lighted murals line the walls.

The office at the top of the stairs is richly done in wood paneled walls.

The primary bedroom is gigantic and done in tones of gray & dusky purple.

The en-suite bath is insane. It's bigger than my apt. and even has a hair salon station.

Check out this black & white bedroom.

Also up here is a bathroom with a kitchenette.

On an upper level is this cool spacey family room. I don't even know what that is, but I like it.

Rooftop deck.

Incredible kids playroom.

Going down to the lower level. Gorgeous fountain.

Down here you have your own little town.

Looks like they have a small buffet set out here.

On to the winery.

The wine cellar looks like a cute little wine shop.

I want a pink pool/game room.

The golf simulator.

Beautiful home theater.

Look at the sun rooms on the top of the house. I don't know why it hasn't sold. It's an incredible home.

The 1.92 acre lot includes a golfing green.

Alright so, there are two versions of this, ones shaded and ones not. I absolutely Love how he came out, He really is just a baby when you look at him and my dang heart whilst I was finishing up his design. He's truly my son and God I wanna squish him and give him so many hugs. ಥ⁠╭⁠╮⁠ಥ

Anyways, I look forward to drawing him more and making the lore comic I planned on starting once I finished him, tho I have been working on his non-stop for about 3 days... I probably should take a break-

Bentley 8 Squad & Bella Goth as Taylor Swift Albums

I didn't put Taylor's self-titled album because she herself didn't include her songs from this album in The Eras Tour. I know, everyone will think that Angie is the only faithful swiftie. But I think almost of all her albums has resemblance to the Bentley 8 Squad, and Bella Goth as well.

Fearless (2008): similar to Johnny Smith, even though he has green skin, he has a strong confidence and doesn't care what others think about him.

Speak Now (2010): similar to Angela Pleasant. Angela is a swiftie from the beginning, and the butterfly + koi fish aesthetics in this album is very personal to her.

Red (2012): No need to explain. The entire RED album especially the color belongs to the Legendary Bella Goth.

1989 (2014): The blue aesthetics and the dreams of NYC belongs to Dirk, ofc.

Reputation (2017): The dark aesthetic and snakes. Need I say more? Couldn't be better for Lilith.

Lover (2019): Ripp is a romance sim who is proudly bisexual, and I believe "You Need to Calm Down" is his favorite LGBTQ+ Anthem.

Folklore/Evermore (2020): Puck is a fairy who loves nature, and he spends most of his time in the forest or woods.

Midnights (2022): I believe Dustin likes the lighter symbolism due to his bad boy nature, and "Vigilante Shit" is his favorite revenge anthem.

The Tortured Poets Department (2024): Ophelia is a poet who has anxiety and depression like the songs represented in this album. And the gray aesthetics belongs to her.

at this point, if this doesn’t lead to midnighter popping back into earth to shoot waller in the head over his lunch break before heading back to apollo, then it’s a bust. if a newly liberated nation’s destined to become a us army outpost and prison camp for minorities, then the authority NEED to get involved (for the greater good). nia honey you don’t gotta kill nobody, your unccy midnighter will finish the job.

When you're rich AF and create your ultimate insane dream house. 2003 rustic estate in Rancho Mirage, CA has 5bds, 7.5ba, $4.65M.

They're so rich, it's even on the front door. Many of the home's historic features are imported from Europe, like these shop windows.

The stained glass windows come from Amsterdam. Look at the floral pattern in the ceiling behind the beams.

If the fireplace and walls are natural stone, they fit perfectly, like a puzzle. Maybe it's some sort of a plaster technique.

Here's a more casual sitting room and dining area that open to the patio.

I thought that this was a bathroom with double sinks, but it's a bar area.

The entire ground floor is open. Look at how many seats fit around the kitchen island counter.

Have you ever seen a pantry like that?

There's a separate formal dining room with a balcony above it.

The powder room has a grassy ceiling and carved stone sink.

A rounded library.

Castle-like stairs to the 2nd level bedrooms.

Very spacious primary bedroom and en-suite with a fireplace right over the tub.

One of the large secondary bedrooms.

Very cool rec room area with a bar, kitchenette, and dining table.

Guest suite with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and patio.

Garage and gated entrance to the property.

Seems like a bit of a hike to the main house.

Some of the grounds look like an old European street. The house also has several balconies.

There's a pond, but I don't see a pool.

Large patio with a fireplace and grill.

The lot measures 1.5 acres.
