Am I the Asshole for getting upset when someone who was like a sibling to me forgot I was kidnapped for the duration of the month I was kidnapped until they saw me walking down the street?

I (16x) am a hybrid created by Aether paradise who escaped. The sibling-like person we’ll call s(16m). We were both 15 at the time. I had escaped from Aether paradise a few months before this and they were trying to get me back as I am valuable research subject, being the only one that didn’t reject the light of the alolan legendaries. Now, when I was kidnapped I had been staying with S at his house. it was pretty clear I was missing as a humanoid who is usually ~6’6” is pretty noticeable, and s did seem to worry at first. However as time went on and my kidnapper was trying to break my spirit, he stopped wondering where I was for if I was ok. By the end of the first week you couldn’t even tell if he thought about me. I was an emotional mess when I first broke free as it was my first time experiencing care from a human being so I became somewhat dependent on him. Anyway I was tortured and stuff while kidnapped and ended up killing the kidnapper as she didn’t account for how strong my extra arms are. After I killed her I hid the body and left with my pokemon. We wandered around for a bit and ended up at a beach near S’s house. We felt like going for a swim when S ran up to me. I yelled at him and kinda cut off the relationship for a while as he just kinda looked at me sadly. He said he was busy with other things but I was fucking kidnapped??? And you didn’t seem to be putting in any effort to even ask people if they had seen me??? Anyway Am I the Asshole?

This is going to sound unexpectedly specific compared to my usual vague-as-fuck questions. Context being: I want money, I cannot commit to doing commissions at the moment and drawing is my only marketable skill.

If you were to buy a character "adopt" - premade design for your use, art by me and no rights retained except to like merchandising that original art - would it be a significant factor in either a positive or negative direction if the art were originally done digitally vs traditionally?

Likewise, if you were to buy a traditionally-drawn adopt, would the inclusion of the original paper-and-ink drawing be a significant benefit to you that you would consider paying more than just "base" price for?

Third, regardless of medium, would you want "scratch" papers where I did the brainstorming before the final concept was finished - this wouldn't be at any extra cost i just wonder.

Fourth, would you prefer a "flat" sale or an auction? (I like buying things at auction-style sales, and it means you might get a cheaper price than i'd normally list whatever it is for, but I am given to understand that my preferences vary from the norm pretty significantly lol) .

Fifth, would TF or at lesat mecha designs be more interesting than non-TF ones or would more general "can use this as any oc for anything" type characters be more appealing?

Ah - sixth and last, do regular ocs appeal more or less than kink/fetish-oriented ocs like "suspiciously wide-hipped lady who just so happens to have a mouth in her crotch" or stuff in that vein lol? I'm not sure I can stop myself from coming up with at least one erotic as fuck design because that's just how my brain works, but it's good to know if i should try and focus on that or leave it be and just focus on concepts that seem interesting enough to get a shape out of.

this new admirals devil fruit is such an perfect foil for luffy its unreal. like, devil fruit that devours nutrients from people vs monkey d 'i want everyone to have enough food' luffy and his appetite and, honestly, his near gluttony for life and freedom and joy

like luffy, he takes freedom, not in the sense that he removes freedom from someone else but in the sense that freedom is never his to leisurely have. he has to fight for it, and he takes every little bit of it he finds. he’s nothing short of ravenous in his search for it. just like kiado hoarded food on wano the, oh i don’t know, evil forces of the world? the world government, evil people, etc, hoard freedom for themselves. warlords reign violence with impunity, the celestial dragons literately enslave people. they’re all hoarding freedom and only allowing it for themselves and luffy is taking it back. but to drag this all back to food, luffy doesn’t take freedom because his first and foremost goal is to be some sort of hero or knight or leader, he does it because he has an insatiable apatite for it.

Y'all need to add Dark Angel to your watch list. It's unfinished at only two seasons, but man were they wild. It's a scifi show that stars Jessica Alba, and also has Michael Weatherly (Tony DiNozzo) and Jensen Ackles in it. There's not much in the way of actual fic for it, but it's such a fucking vibe. Also, pls do not watch The Sentinel. It's so awful. There's at least one I Watched It So You Don't Have To non-tumblr possibly-livejournal blog out there that describes all the episodes that's funny to read through if you must.
