HELLO, THERE!

Crispy here! As I've made more and more roleplay blogs and gained more and more experience in the pokemon irl community, I've learned a few things. For one, I don't really like clogging my blogs with ooc messages. For another, sometimes communicating as the mun is necessary to help things go smoothly. And, most important of all, it's a pain in the butt to repeat the same announcement across 5+ blogs. So, I thought I'd solve all of those problems in one fell swoop by creating this blog! Here, you can find any blog of mine you might be interested in, ask me any ooc questions you like, and follow for ooc alerts/statements/commentary related to my blogs or my life. Her name is Samrah, and her main concerns are growing up alongside her little brother, determining her path in life, and spreading the love for pig pokemon. Her enthusiasm knows no bounds, and she's itching for a friend to share it with.

@medicalmystery7 - a faller blog for Medic from Team Fortress 2! Dr. Ludwig has been spat out in the pokemon world by unknown means with no memory to fall back on... just a pocket full of syringes and a Pidove named Archimedes. Honestly, it's not the worst situation he's ever found himself in, and he's making the most of it by applying his ingenuity and general disregard for human decency toward pokemon battles.

Current arc: After being fired from his job at a Nacrene City pokemon center, Medic is hiding from the authorities at an undisclosed location in Unova.

@macrocosmos-social - a Chairman Rose blog meant to compliment @ballonleastadiumofficial. It's meant to allow Rose to answer questions that Bede would never be caught dead answering and shed some light on Bede's upbringing that led him to become the person he is today. Oh yeah, it's also meant to allow me to roleplay being an insufferable jerk. Exploring perspectives like that is fun. Here, Rose has bribed his way into getting internet access from jail and is making it everyone else's problem. He is using an old, failed corporate account designed by a public relations worker for Macro Cosmos long ago. That original creator of the blog, the Rotom in Rose's device, and Oleana may make brief appearances on this blog.

This blog is a villain blog and thus will act in cruel, antagonistic ways. In particular, Rose is noticeably classist and transphobic. He acts this way to blend into the narrative I have in mind for Bede. If this might upset you, please feel free to block! If it sounds interesting, please feel free to interact! A little bit about me...

I am a full time undergraduate majoring history, and double minoring studio art + historic preservation. I'm also a university guide and love rambling about our university's past – I focus on our 19th century history. During the summer of 2025, I will be an Educator and Visitor Programs intern at Monticello.

I've researched the founding era of the US for almost 6 years now, and I've extensively researched Aaron Burr and Thomas Jefferson (note, I hate Thomas Jefferson. I hate him because of my extensive knowledge on him, not in spite of it).

Hey, I'm Aspen (he/him 👍) and I'm a junior at Naranja-Uva Academy! (i'm typing this with like proper grammar for readability purposes but i DO NOT fuckin type like this regularly lmfao) Rn I'm in the STEM track with a primary focus in veterinary sciences and a secondary focus in battle studies. And I'm vice-captain of our Cyclizar racing team! If you haven't noticed by now, I like Dragon-types.

Other than my Cyclizar (her name's Spitfire!) I have four Pokemon, my Alolan Raichu (named Chip), my Dreepy (named Zeppelin), and my Alolan Vulpix (Flos).

...And there's point in hiding it anymore, is it? I also have a Silvally, entrusted to me by the Alolan and Paldean governments (read: I caught it when I wasn't supposed to and it got attached.) referred to as 04.

AND in addition to them, I have five other Pokemon, but they're kinda retired and live in Alola with my parents, but they're Pebble (Lycanroc), Jitters (Golisopod), Chloro (Lurantis), Grampy (Drampa) and Hibiscus (Kommo-o). I call Chip and those five the Big Six, 'cause they're the Pokemon I used while on my Island Challenge.

Speaking of my Island Challenge though, I was born in Nimbasa City, but I moved to Alola when I was... I wanna say maybe two or three? I dunno, I don't remember the moving part. Also, I've got an older brother (23) and a baby sister (3).

I did some digging into Morgan's tag and I think, given how much older she is (she's in her late 20's in Paldea/30ish by the time she's out of Uva), she'd just want to do her best to be a good friend but also a shoulder to cry on and whatnot if he needs it. Like, she'd make sure he drinks enough water and eats well, and maybe would carry extra snacks like granola bars and Gatorade (or the Pokemon equivalent???) and whatnot for him if and when they travel together for his story quest

I'm not sure if Morgan would necessarily be perceptive to any of this, but Max would just do her best to be there for him in whatever way she can :') I'd love to know your thoughts/HCs on how it would go too!! OC interactions are so fun

Setas de Sevilla

Auf einem Besuch Ende der 1990er Jahre in Sevilla gab es das bizarre Architekturprojekt "Setas de Sevilla" (oder "Metropol Parasol") noch nicht. Über einem ehemaligen Marktplatz (Plaza de la Encarnación) wurde ein gigantisches "Pilz-Geflecht" vom deutschen Architekten und Wettbewerbsgewinner Jürgen Mayer entworfen (Bauphase: 2004-2011).

An einem sonnigen Tag habe ich eine Fotoserie von dem beeindruckenden Komplex erstellt. Nachts sind farbige, dynamische Lichtakzente zu sehen. Aus meiner Sicht alles sehr beindruckend.

Elentári "Star-queen" and Tintallë "Kindler" are both Quenya names of Varda; Tintallë is the one I used for the pun earlier. Elbereth and Gilthoniel are their respective equivalents in Sindarin.

Tyelpë is the proper Quenya word for silver, but in common use they actually used the Telerin form telpë because the Teleri were the best silversmiths. Penda- actually means "to slope"; the "like" is contained within the adjectives.

Police confirmed University of Virginia student shooting suspect Christopher Darnell Jones Jr. is in custody. 

UVA President Jim Ryan identified the three deceased at an 11 a.m. press conference Monday. 

They are UVA linebacker D'Sean Perry and UVA wide receivers Lavel Davis Jr. and Devin Chandler. 

A source tells Fox News Digital that the other two hospitalized are also UVA football players. 

Classes were canceled Monday. As of 10:33 a.m., the shelter in place order had been lifted for campus "based upon a thorough search on and around the grounds," UVA police said, but, "a large police presence will remain."

Fox News confirmed that FBI arrived at the scene on Monday morning. The search is spearheaded by local law enforcement and already involves multiple other agencies including a Virginia State Police helicopter. 

In a message to the community earlier Monday, UVA President Jim Ryan wrote to provide an update on the multiple public safety alerts sent out following the 10:30 p.m. Sunday shooting that killed three and injured two others. 

UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA MANHUNT: WHO IS EX-FOOTBALL PLAYER SHOOTING SUSPECT CHRISTOPHER DARNELL JONES, JR? 

The identities of the deceased have yet to be confirmed by UVA or police officials. 

Ryan, in confirming that Jones Jr. is a UVA student, said the suspect remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous. Jones, a former UVA football player, is described by police as a Black male last seen wearing a burgundy jacket or hoodie, blue jeans and red shoes. He might be driving a Black SUV with the Virginia tag TWX3580.

"Multiple law enforcement agencies are coordinating to find and apprehend him," Ryan said. "As of writing, I am heartbroken to report the shooting has resulted in three fatalities; two additional victims were injured and are receiving medical care. "This is a message any leader hopes never to have to send, and I am devastated that this violence has visited the University of Virginia," Ryan added. "I am holding the victims, their families, and all members of the University of Virginia community in my heart today, and we will make plans to come together as a community to grieve as soon as the suspect is apprehended."

The shooting was initially reported around 10:30 p.m. Sunday when shots were fired in the Culbreth parking garage. 

Shortly after, a campus-wide alert was issued announcing the suspect was at large and telling all people at UVA to shelter in place. University police said they are looking for Jones in connection with the shooting. 

Jones is reportedly a former UVA football player.

Anyone who sees Jones is asked to call 911 immediately and not approach him.

A UVA alert issued before 7:30 a.m. Monday said the law enforcement search on and around school grounds continues. "Remain sheltered in place," the alert read. "Expect increased law enforcement presence." 

Vice President and Dean of Students Robyn S. Hadley said Monday that she was on grounds "like many of you."

"I am sheltering in place and in direct touch with University leadership and UPD," the message said. "Please, please take the shelter in place commands seriously as the situation remains active. The suspect is armed and dangerous. If you are not inside and safe, immediately seek safety." 

As of 1 a.m., UVA police said to continue sheltering in place and to contact friends and family to let them know "your status."

Early Monday morning, UVA police said three people were killed, and two others were injured in the shooting. Further details were not immediately available.
