Just so we are clear on what this blog is about, I have some pattern and crafting books from the 60s/70s, and I would like to share their contents on here.

Unless requested by the copyright holder, I will keep the patterns up, including photos in the case of cross stitch patterns and in general the final product appearance, but I will be hand typing the patterns myself, rather than photocopying from the books.

I myself started crocheting only about two years ago, and found it hard to get decent quality, free patterns, and all of the books I possess were donated to a charity shop to rot before I started picking them up out of curiosity.

I will include as detailed citations as I can for the books that I'll be sharing from, and I will try to update regularly.

I plan to keep the bare-bones look of this blog for now, so I can focus on building up content, rather than worry about personal aethetics, as this is more like lending you all a book I own... only, you know, online 👀

Overall summary:

In an alternate world, Sandy Zie works as a tester of pleasure constructs, artificially created humanoids whose sole purpose is to provide sexual pleasure for their wealthy owners. Their current assignment is a “Pitch” model, their favorite type. It would be just an ordinary, delightful day at work for Sandy, except that there’s something a little different about this Pitch. They’re just a bit more aware and talkative than most Pitches are so soon after decanting, and this starts Sandy on a path to finally letting themselves think about things they’ve been squashing down since they took this job. But no matter what Sandy learns or thinks, what can it matter? The Pitch will be delivered to their new owner on schedule and permanently bonded with them. Yet even for testers and constructs, there’s still a chance to get what they want in the end. Come for the kinks. Stay to think about what it means to be human under capitalism. Bronnen; Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons. Daarnaast voor mensen die treinen willen gaan spotten of net komen kijken.... Er zijn locomotieven, zoals de HLE18, waar je niet in kunt zitten. Daarnaast zijn er stuurrijtuigen/treinstellen/motorrijtuigen waarbij je wél in de eerste wagon kunt zitten. Als er niks bij staat hieronder is de trein een motorrijtuig en is er dus geen aparte locomotief-wagon nodig. De lijst hieronder gaat trouwens over ruituigen/wagons. Dat kunnen stuurrijtuigen zijn, maar het zijn sowieso altijd de rijtuigen/wagons in het midden van de trein. Je kunt dus echter ook een combinatie hebben zoals een "I6+I10" trein waarbij beide type wagons gecombineerd zijn. Mocht je dus ooit een trein met twee verschillende type wagons zien, dat is normaal, dat gebeurt soms in de treinwereld. ;)

Klassiek motorstellen; MS66/MS75/MS80/MS86/MS96/MS08 en MSCR en M4

(Ik heb geen idee waarom specifiek de M4 nauwelijks verschilt van de MS-reeks.)

Naar mijn mening zijn dit de meeste typische NMBS-treinen. Bekend om hun "communistische stoelen" in de 2e klasse. Vanaf de buitenkanten kunnen ze sterk van elkaar verschillen, maar de meeste lijken vanaf voor ongeveer op de MSCR CityRail hieronder afgebeeld. De nummers verwijzen naar het bouwjaar. MSCR zijn hierbij oudere treinen die gemoderniseerd zijn. MS66 wordt sinds 2023 niet meer gebruikt, maar 2023 was vorige jaar dus daarom staat die er nog bij.

De I6 is de enige NMBS-trein die nog steeds het "coupé systeem gebruikt" dat gebruikelijk was in de vroege 20ste eeuw. Zoals te zien op de foto heeft deze trein nog een locomotief nodig.

Tja, kan aan mij liggen, maar ik zie het verschil met de I10 niet echt, behalve in de raampjes. (Heeft ook een locomotief nodig, net als de I6 en I10.)

Oh, I have a friend who was born and raised in Germany and lived here for the first 19 years of his life but after studying in the Netherlands, he now often writes "zich" or "zie" in German instead of "sich" or "sie". Als je vóór november 2022 lid bent geworden van Tumblr en voornamelijk het web gebruikt om je berichten te plaatsen, zou je bekend moeten zijn met onze twee berichteditors: de oude berichteditor en de nieuwe berichteditor (de oudgedienden noemen deze de ‘bèta-berichteditor’).

Vanaf 15 mei wordt de oude berichteditor stapsgewijs uitgefaseerd. Alle nieuwe berichten die je via het web opstelt, zullen gebruikmaken van de nieuwe berichteditor. Deze wijziging zal naar verwachting rond 15 juli afgerond zijn.

Deze wijziging heeft alleen gevolgen voor accounts die vóór november 2022 zijn aangemaakt. Nieuwe accounts maken standaard al gebruik van de nieuwe webeditor.

Dit heeft geen gevolgen voor het plaatsen van berichten vanuit de app, aangezien de app bijna vier jaar geleden al naar de nieuwe functie gemigreerd is. Als je berichten met de app maakt, gebruik je deze editor al!

Dit heeft geen invloed op wat je in een bericht kunt opnemen, alleen hoe je dat kunt doen. Alle verschillende mediatypen zijn nog steeds beschikbaar; je gebruikt alleen de contentblokken in de nieuwe webeditor in plaats van de knop bovenaan het dashboard voor het type bericht dat je wilt maken. Met de nieuwe editor kun je bijvoorbeeld gemakkelijk (en tijdens het schrijven!) beslissen om je tekstbericht te wijzigen in een bericht met een foto van je hagedis. Klik gewoon op het rode afbeeldingsicoontje, selecteer een afbeelding en voilà. Je hagedis zal de harten van de gebruikers stelen.

Als je je berichten liever met de oude editor op het web plaatst, lees dan gauw verder.

Hoe kun je je het beste op deze wijziging voorbereiden?

Zodra de overgang naar de nieuwe editor is afgerond, is het niet meer mogelijk om de oude editor te gebruiken. Je zult echter voorlopig nog wel berichten kunnen bewerken als deze met de oude editor zijn gemaakt. Hier volgen enkele tips om je op weg te helpen:

We nodigen je uit om de nieuwe editor vóór de volledige omschakeling uit te proberen en er vertrouwd mee te raken. Dit is ook een kans voor jou om ons op de hoogte te brengen van eventuele problemen die je tegenkomt, zodat we de editor verder kunnen verfijnen.

Geef ons je feedback, vooral als je van de oude naar de nieuwe editor overstapt. We komen graag meer te weten over je ervaring: welke workflows die je in de oude editor prettig vindt, zou je graag in de nieuwe zien?
