Rick almost dropped his phone as he tried to take another swing from the mostly empty bottle he was holding in his other hand. Half of the mouthful of liquor trickled down his chin, joining the stains that were already wetting his teal shirt, but he didn't seem to notice, too busy squinting at the screen to find the number he wanted.

Morty was mad at him.

The fact in itself wasn't news. It wasn't the first time and it sure as hell wouldn't be the last. However, this particular fight was bothering him as very few had, for more than one reason, and he couldn't shake off the bad feeling in the pit of his stomach. Guilt. He had fucked up, he knew it and, for once, he was failing to deny it.

The phone rang and rang on the other side of the line, but no one picked up and the call eventually ended with a click, as it was redirected to the voicemail.

"G-God fuckin' dammit," Rick muttered under his breath and gulped down more liquor before raising his voice.

"M-Morty, what the hell, p-pick up the fuckin' phone! W-Where the fuck are you?! S-Stop watching porn o-or jerking it or...whatever you're doing. G-Geez, I can't believe tha-that you...you let me go to the goddamn voicemail, l-little shit."

A few other grumbled words followed, but they were distorted by a hiccup and thus unintelligible. He should probably specify whom he was. The last thing he wanted was for the teen to give shit to his boyfriend because of something he had done.

"I-It's Rick. Shit, I-I mean other Rick. Y-Your lame ass, bitchy, fuckin' ungrateful little freak of a boyfriend's Rick."

Alright, maybe insulting his own Morty so freely wasn't the smartest idea. He was trying to get his other grandson's help to make it up to his own and all that spiel was kind of counterproductive.

Fuck, the little shit makes stuff hard even when he's not around. Fuck you, Morty.

"L-Listen, you...you gotta call me back, Morty. I need...we got some shit to do. U-Urgent shit. An-And you have to come with. C-Can't do it on my own. I-It's a two-people job, y-you know? But don't...It's not weird stuff. N-No weird stuff involved." For once, he actually meant it, even if never say never when it came to a Rick-and-Morty related thing. "B-But you can't tell...gotta keep your mouth shut, m-my Morty can't know, got it, l-little buddy? I-It's...if he knows, it will be ruined. S-So we gotta be quiet an-and quick and...you know. G-Get it done before he knows."

There was a voice in the back of his head, one that sounded awfully like Morty's, that was telling him that this was a dick move. Using the teen's own boyfriend to get forgiveness when the latter had been part of the reason why they had fought in the first place.

Good thing that Rick was used to not playing fair and to cheating at every chance he got. Especially if it made it easier for him to get what he wanted.

"We...you...fuckin' call me back, little shit," he resumed, squinting down at the phone as if it had been the boy's face, before letting himself fall in his chair.

Or, at least, that had been his intention. What actually happened was that, in his drunken state, he bumped into it, sending it rolling away and tripping himself backwards. He managed to slow his fall down by grabbing the hem of the workbench, but he still ended up flat on his back, also causing a few tools and unfinished devices to hit the floor with him.

He also lost the grip on the now empty bottle he had been holding and it flew out of his hand, crashing on the ground and shattering in pieces.

Great.

More unfazed by the mess than anyone else would have been, the scientist merely fished his flask out of the inner pocket of his lab coat, took a long, noisy gulp without bothering to sit up and then belched in the phone, before speaking up again as if nothing had happened.

"Y-You got it, Morty? I-It's...life and death. F-Fuckin' life and death, Morty! Y-You don't want to risk causing a-another of those...those...shit, c-can't remember the goddamn word...! Eh, w-whatever." A shrug that the teen obviously wouldn't have seen. "B-But you get it, Morty, don't you? O-Of course you don't, b-but you're still going to do it. B-Because I'm asking you, Morty. I am fuckin' asking."

More like demanding, but those were details.

"S-So do it for the world. O-Or for your family. O-Or for yourself. Whatever. A-As long as you do it for me."

At the end of the day, what mattered was that he and his Morty made up and went back to do what they usually did without the boy glaring at him at any given turn and denying him. He couldn't stand that. Hopefully just having the other Morty there would make it better already.

"G-Good. Great. Just...fuckin'...yeah. Call me back. Soon, M-Morty, got it? Soon! O-Or I...I'll bomb your garden or-or piss on your comics or...put you in Jerry's body or...m-make you allergic to dicks s-so you can't touch one ever again or..." Damn, he had already run out of ideas. "I-It's gonna be awful. For you. I-I fuckin' promise you that."

And without another word, he closed the call, carelessly dropping his phone on the floor and returning the flask to his mouth. Good. A few hours and shit will be fixed. No need to worry anymore.

...Still, while he waited for his other grandson to get his shit together and call back, he would get drunker. You know, just in case.

Scattered Star Wars thoughts: - I finished the audiobook of A Crash of Fate and it’s pretty much exactly what I expected out of it--it’s a YA novel with Star Wars window dressing, where the bigger events of the galaxy are so distant they might as well not even be there, the two characters fall in love over the span of a day, communication issues are the biggest challenge (other than the last quarter of the book has the main character’s old acquaintances popping back up, as you know they would when you started the book), and it’s exactly what it’s supposed to be.  None of these comments are a value judgement, because one person is going to find them to be a minus and then the next will find them to be a plus, and that too is exactly what it’s supposed to be. I think a lot depends on how much you’re charmed by the tropes of YA stories, of stories being centered almost entirely on the love story between two characters, and that will determine a lot of what you get out of the book.  Since I’m not a big fan of “fell in love over the period of 24 hours” (not even when they knew each other when they were much younger), the book could never really get me onboard with the Jules/Izzy relationship feelings, I never got swept up in their relationships, especially when so much was told to us about who these characters are (well, who Izzy is, Jules is just kind of there), and the uphill battle of trying to make me care about Batuu The Product Placement Planet, when it’s so obviously about the corporate tie-ins. That’s not to say it’s a bad book, nor do I regret having picked it up!  There was a point towards the end, when I had less than an hour left of the book to go, I almost paused it to go listen to something else, just because I didn’t want to be finished with it, that it’d become something of my comfortable listening.  It was easy to have it on in the background and let it go for a couple of hours while I cleaned or played a game.  I found it to have a genuine charisma that made me want to keep going!  Whether this is the light material of the book itself or that I really enjoyed the narrator’s voices or even a mix of the two, I can’t say.  Yet I definitely found that I was fond of this book by the end. But I’m still not the target audience for this, so my review comes with some giant grains of salt, and maybe I wouldn’t have read it if I didn’t want to have the dubious honor of having read all the SW canon books, but it was a fun way to have some background ambiance for the hours it took to get through the book and I’d love to hear from others if they really got sucked into it and liked it, what made it work for them!  But if the above stuff isn’t really your jam, if you’re not looking to be a completionist, then this one might not be the one for you, either.  It depends on what you want to get out of a Star Wars book. - Now that I’ve finished that one, time to pick a new one!  I want to read Treason and Black Spire and Alphabet Squadron, so those are out.  I probably should start Empire’s End again, I keep putting it off because I don’t want there to be No More Aftermath.  But instead I’m gonna try Star Wars and Philosophy.  I’ve tried reading this one in novel form, but it slides off my brain every time--and 10 minutes in, I’m remembering why. This is a book that brings up really interesting philosophical questions, stuff like, “Can you choose against your destiny?” or “Could Luke have lived his life on Tatooine and been just fine?” or assumes that Obi-Wan and Yoda were trying to get Luke to kill Vader.  These are things that the narrative and the creators have already specifically answered and so I’m left with this dissonance between the idea of THESE THINGS HAVE SPECIFIC TO THIS UNIVERSE ANSWERS ALREADY (WHICH YOU ARE GETTING WRONG ACCORDING TO THE NARRATIVE INTENTION) versus OH MY GOD SHUT UP AND LET PEOPLE HAVE THEIR FUN OF SPECULATING. (Me, trying to be cool while listening to this book, then inevitably there’s a voice in my head yelling-- ONE, Yes, George Lucas says Anakin “went against his Fate” in ROTS so you’re not locked into pre-destined choices, TWO, sort of, the TLJ novelization has Luke having a Force dream about what that would have been like, THREE,  George Lucas specifically says, no, they weren’t trying to get Luke to kill Vader, but they needed him to be prepared that it MIGHT happen.) Because speculation is an important part of being a fan, one that the creators of Star Wars have talked about how they don’t want to take that way.  It’s why we don’t have any word of god answers on what the hell Mortis is, because Dave Filoni specifically said that they do have answers, but they’re not going to give them because that would ruin speculation.  I mean, they don’t do it on everything and George Lucas famously goes around going, “Oh, yeah, here’s what that means.” (WHICH I LOVE HIM FOR, I LOVE WORD OF GOD STUFF) and even he doesn’t tell you how to think about every single thing, that some things are up to interpretation.  It’s a balance between talking about the narrative intentions up to a certain point but still allowing people to have their own reactions and speculation, which isn’t easy, but I like the balance they’ve achieved.  (Especially because no one is obligated to take word of god narrative intention into account.  Hell, no one’s obligated to take canon into account if they don’t want to, much less what the creators say about the intentions behind it!) All of which isn’t really the point of a philosophy book (this is more a navel-gazing post about me than it is about this book XD), but it does distract me away when the premises brought up to bring about these interesting questions are ones that have already been answered and that’d be fine, except the point of the book (and they say this early on) is that there aren’t any answers to these things.  Which, if you want to discount those answers, that’s totally cool!  But they are still answers.  And I have a hellish time getting that out of the way so I can just settle in with the book. Which may be a frustratingly silly reason to bounce off a book, but, eh, at least I’m not to Tolkien Scholar Levels of Being A Nerd.  (I say with genuine admiration, there are some hardcore Tolkien Nerds and I LOVE THEM.) Unheilig, Staubkind, Lord of the Lost, Within Temptation, Nightwish, Saltatio Mortis, Blutengel... A lot of german gothic-rock bands with scandinavian symphonic metal in the mix. 2. what are your favorite singers? Der Graf (the Count) of Unheilig, Floor Jansen of Nightwish, Louis of Staubkind, Sharon den Adel of Within Temptation, Scarlet Dorn... You see the pattern. xD 3. what are your favorite albums? Imaginaerum by Nightwish. Always, always, always. The old Unheilig albums Moderne Zeiten and Puppenspiel, Alles was ich bin by Staubkind, Resist by Within Temptation which just came out, but also The Unforgiving from a decade or so ago. Within Temptation were my entire early youth. 4. what are your favorite songs? That’s a mean question, it depends on the type of day and what I’m shipping the most at the moment. I adore The enemy by Oh Fyo, Cinderella by Scarlet Dorn has a special place in my heart, Große Freiheit by Unheilig will make me cry forever and always. 5. what do you think the best popular song of the year is so far? I’ve absolutely no idea of chart music. Pop music isn’t my tea. 6. which genres of music do you tend to like the best? Symphonic metal, gothic rock, hard rock, industrial, alternative in general... Heavy ballads can be really cool too. 7. what is the best concert you’ve ever been to? Staubkind, Cologne, 9.9.2016, Warm-Up for the big farewell concert of Unheilig the next day. Man, I was so done afterwards. Beautiful, wonderful, cried my eyes out, spoke with some of the bandmembers to thank them for everything, got to know people, stayed a friend’s of mine... I’ll never forget those days in September 2016. 8. song of the year? Morningstar by Blutengel. 9. album of the year? Un:Gott by Blutengel. xD 10. what are the best songs your parents have gotten you into? Alice Cooper’s Poison, Nothing else matters by Metallica... 80s rock. 11. how did you first find out about your favorite band/singer? Unheilig got huge in Germany in 2012, just through the radio I think. I found Lord of the Lost through their (then) label which had been the same as Staubkind still have, Within Temptation I discovered through Rhia Eisblume when I was 13 (deep, deep gothic sub-culture)...   12. when/where do you first remember having heard your favorite song? No idea anymore, honestly. I don’t have A Favourite Song, there’s just too uch wonderful music out there. 13. about how many times have you listened to your favorite song? Again, no single favourite, but as music is my life and I seldom stop listening to it, I’ve stopped counting. 14. if someone asks you what music they should check out, what are your go-to recommendations? Lord of the Lost, Nightwish, all of Tuomas Holopainen’s and Chris Harms’ side projects, Scarlet Dorn, Black Briar, 30 seconds to mars, Falloutboy, Panic at the disco... The list is kind of endless.

Honestly, everything old from Nena, tbh, Hurricane by 30 seconds to mars 18. who were your favorite musicians as a kid? Rhia Eisblume, Sharon den Adel from Within Temptation, Nena. 19. how did you feel about music as a kid? I liked it, I guess, and listened to it a lot, especially as I grew up with classical music, but the emotional connections came in my early teens. 20. what was your first concert? PERFORMANCE 21. how do live performances, whether they’re from your friends or professionals, tend to make you feel? Like heaven on earth, another place entirely, something more, something greater than myself. Concerts have kept me up for the past six years emotionally and made me feel alive again during my depression. They’re endlessly important to me. Not many a year, but three or four over the course of a year. 22. singing in the shower or singing in the car? Neither 23. if you were to become a musician, what kind of musician would you be? Piano player. 24. if you could pick one instrument to learn how to play, what would it be? As I had to stop playing the piano at age 14 because I was supposed to do more for school, that. I miss it so much. 25. what is your singing voice like? what singers do you remind yourself of? I’m tld that I’ve got a good singing voice and I do love it, I’ve been in choir for five years and played on stage in two musicals during that time. 26. have you ever been involved in any music programs? which ones and for how long? The two aforementioned musicals Stagefever and Alice in Wonderland, choir, a singing contest in early grammar school. 27. which instruments do you know how to play? what’s your skill level? Uuuuh basically none 28. if you took music lessons as a kid, are you glad you did? if not, do you wish you had? Yes, Im glad I took piano lessons and I would have been much more stable mentally if that wouldnt have been taken from me as a ventile from school hell.

SOUNDTRACKS 29. How do you feel about video game soundtracks? Love them. They’re absolutely amazing these days. 30. What soundtracks do you enjoy listening to the most? Pirates of the Caribbean, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, The Hobbit... 31. Which soundtracks do you think are objectively the best (or what are some that you think deserve appreciation)? Everything from Hans Zimmer, honestly. And the Game of Thrones score is simply amazing too. 32. How do you feel about musicals? Awesome! I’ve seen Tarzan, Aladdin, The Lion King and Kalif Stork (a turkish fairy tale) and loved all of them. 33. Do you have any favorite composers, including classical ones? Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Vivaldi, Wagner (don’t come at me, he’s heavy but sometimes I need Tristan and Isolde), Hans Zimmer, Ramin Djawadi. 34. Except for university and sleeping and going out with friends, of course. 52. do you collect vinyls? if so, what have been your best finds? Nope. 53. if you could meet any musician you’d like, who would it be? Der Graf from Unheilig, he has retired two year ago and stopped doing autograph sessions in 2010 because he always served all his fans or none as he didn’t want to prioritise people. I respect him so incredibly much and I’d love to talk to him. 54. how do you feel about classical music? Love it, makes me nostalgic and calms me down, I study to classical music. 55. would you ever want to have a career in music? Nope. 56. if you had a stage name, what would it be? Err... I think Ayato would be the one to copy on me on a Science test. I think Yuma is more serious than Ayato. I hope he won’t catch me doing this though or I’ll get problems...!

Clearly. I don’t think the other duo would be loyal to me (especially Shin).

4.- Go on a date with Reiji at a Aquarium or go on a date with Subaru at a Cafe instead?

I really like aquariums, so I’d totally go there (even if I like less Reiji than Subaru ^^”).

Even if I like Kou more than Shu, I don’t really like Concerts because they’re generally noisy (with fans screaming for example, and I hate that)... Classical music is much more calming ~

Errr... I don’t know. I just picked by feeling. :v

I think they’re both capable of doing that, so I picked the one I want to support because he’s one of my favorite. xD

Hesitated between Shu and Carla lol (I don’t want to sleep on a coffin, sorry Subaru !). I’ll pick Shu since I’ll be not very confortable with sleeping in a KING’s bedroom... And hell no, I respect their privacy, and I wouldn’t want anyone to peak at my stuff sooo...

Preference. And I feel like he’ll be more reliable than Laito. x)

“Why does everyone keep staring at me?” I asked Rick under my breath. The man walked alongside me, hands stuffed deep into his pockets with a deep look of annoyance on his face. He turned to me, eyes boring into mine with a look that just said; seriously?

“Uhh, a-are you really asking me that? Literally every person here is either a Rick or a Morty, and you don’t know why you’re getting stared at?” He deadpanned, rolling his eyes as he looked back ahead of him.

“Well, when you put it like that…” I sighed, did he have to make me feel so dumb? “Do other people really never visit the Citadel? Do all these guys only ever see their own faces?”

“P-pretty much. This is precisely why I didn’t wanna bring you here.” He cast a glance my way and glared. It was true, Rick had definitely put up a fight when I’d asked him to bring me along on his trip to the Citadel of Rick’s. He was going to meet another Rick, from my understanding to sell him an untraceable portal gun. Apparently those were hard to come by on the Citadel.

“Don’t worry. I’m not going to cause you any trouble; I just wanted to see this place for myself. An entire city of Rick’s.” I glanced around the place in awe, at the sea of familiar faces that passed us by on the street. I noticed their eyes following me, sweeping up and down my form, smiling appreciatively. I averted my gaze from one particularly lecherous smirk.

“Yeah, alright. Keep it in your pants; I know how wet you get for me, but this trip is strictly for business.” Rick teased, grinning down at me. I blushed under his gaze, and immediately went on the defensive, opening my mouth to protest; I didn’t get very far though. “Anyway. We’re here.”

Rick and I stopped outside some seedy looking bar. I gave him a questioning look, which he ignored, and I was pushed forwards towards the entrance. I stumbled in, capturing the attention of every person inside; every one of them a Rick. There were no Morty’s here. I stared down at the ground as Rick led me towards the bar, he had an iron grip around the top of my arm. We approached the barman, a Rick with slightly longer hair that was tied back into a ponytail, he was wearing an unbuttoned navy waistcoat over a white shirt.

“Is K-18-B here yet? I got a meeting with him.” My Rick asked him. The barman looked between the two of us, raising a brow when his eyes lingered on me.

“He’s in the back.” He nodded, and Rick pulled me off in the direction of what I assumed was ‘the back’. We took two steps, before the barman spoke again. “Hold it. Only Rick’s are allowed in the back; s-she’s gotta stay out here.”

My Rick sighed heavily, staring at me for a long while, before digging around in his pocket. He pulled out some money, and pushed it into my hand. “Just- just get yourself a drink and sit your ass down on this stool.” He manhandled me onto the chair before leaning in close. “Don’t even think about moving, got it? Y-y-you’re gonna sit here, keep to yourself, and wait for me.”

“Okay.” I nodded, honestly feeling kind of nervous at the prospect of being left on my own. Rick nodded, but seemed hesitant to leave. His eyes lingered on mine for a good few seconds, before he finally turned and headed towards a door just left of the bar.

“What’re you drinking?” The barman asked, capturing my attention from where it stayed focused on the door my Rick had just disappeared through.

“Uhh… you have like, normal soda here?” I asked. He nodded. “Alright, I’ll have coke. Please.” I smiled, and he set about getting my drink. He pushed a glass over to me, leaning his elbows on the bar, watching me intently. I held some money out towards him, but he didn’t take it.

“No charge.” He shook his head, smirking. “It’s uh, been a long time since I saw anyone other than a Rick in here. Even longer since I saw a woman in here.”

“Yeah?” I said, trying to be polite as I took a tentative sip of my drink.

“Yeah. You’re young, aren’t you? W-what’s the deal with you and that guy, he your grandpa or something? Is- is he from a dimension where he has two granddaughters?” He asked me, leaning further over the bar. He was rather uncomfortably close at his point, and held my glass out in front of me in a bid to create some sort of barrier.

“No.” I said, laughing at the idea. Rick laughed too, but it was a deep, gravely, flirtatious laugh. I wondered what it said about me when my natural reaction was to shiver, and I felt a drop of arousal roll down to my core. I cleared my throat and tried to distract myself with the condensation on the side of my glass.

“So- so what, he’s like your sugar daddy?” He smirked, tilting his head. Movement caught my eye to the right, and I turned to see another Rick slide into the seat beside me. This Rick looked much the same as my Rick, but he wore a dark brown suede jacket instead of a lab coat.

“I’ll have a gin and tonic, and whatever she wants.” The new Rick nodded his head in my direction.

“Umm, actually I already have a-” I held my glass up to him, and he interrupted me mid-sentence.

“Yeah y-yeah, after you’ve finished that one. I’ve never seen you on the Citadel before.” He turned his whole body to face me, his knee brushing against my thigh. I shifted in my seat.

“Yeah, I gathered that.” I nodded, looking down into my glass. “I don’t think there’s anyone here who has.” I added.

“You’re just precious, aren’t you?” He said, reaching out to tuck a lock of hair behind my ear. I flinched away from his touch, and he chuckled.

“Y-you’re just gonna come up here and start hassling her? J-174, I’ll gladly stop serving you.” The barman said, straightening up and slamming a palm on the bar.

“Oh! S-sorry? Did you already call dibs on her?” Suede-Rick asked, mocking an apologetic tone. “Y-yeah, whatever. Like she’d wanna go home with a classless bar-wench like you.”

“Uhm, assuming I’m going home with anyone?” I scoffed, interjecting the conversation. The two Rick’s looked over at me in surprise.

“A little feisty, hmm? I like that. C-come on, baby. I know you’ve got a thing for Rick’s, why else would you be here?” The one beside me cooed, sliding a hand across the bar towards me. “Y-you know not every Rick is identical, right? Meaning I can guarantee, I’m packing more than he is.” He said under his breath, jabbing a thumb towards the barman.

“Implying you’ve seen my dick. Huh. Funny, I didn’t believe the rumours.” The barman snorted, looking at me. “I’d stay away from this one, h-he likes peeking at other guys’ dicks at the urinals.”

I pressed my lips together and avoided the two Rick’s gazes. I stared longingly at the door my Rick had gone through.

“Shut the fuck up, F-14-Z. Y-you know this guy comes from a dimension where they all fuck their relatives, right?” Suede Rick spat defensively, and I wanted to scream.

“That’s bullshit, and you know it. That’s dimension F-14-X.” The barman deadpanned.

“Ahh, close enough.” The other one waved a hand dismissively. “Wh-who are you most into sweetie? Come on, be honest.”

“You’re a pair of absolute pricks, she obviously isn’t into either of you.” A third Rick made himself comfortable to my left. His hair was dyed black and he was completely expressionless. “I’ve been sat over there just listening to you guys, you have any idea what you sound like? Ar-are you really that desperate for a bit of pussy?”

I turned and smiled at him gratefully, feeling the urge to kiss him; finally a Rick who seemed somewhat sane-

“She obviously needs a man who’s managed to get laid in the past five years. Trust me, baby, I’ll give you a good time.” He added. Nevermind.

“Oh for f-” I stopped myself from cursing, taking a moment to breathe. I gulped down half of my drink, hoping that it would somehow make the time go quicker. How long was Rick going to be?

“Oh, look at that. You’re almost empty.” The barman commented, taking away my glass to top it up.

“Thanks.” I mumbled.

“So what’s your name, princess? I never did catch it.” Black haired Rick asked, but before I could answer, someone else did.

“Her name is (y/n). A-and if she’s anything like the one from my dimension, you’re wasting your time. She’s not going to spread her legs for just any old Rick.” A fourth Rick appeared behind me, resting a hand carefully on my shoulder. “But a Rick who’s had experience with a (y/n)? Maybe that’s worth something, hmm?” He purred into my ear, it made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, and another shot of arousal coursed through me. I hated my body. Why couldn’t it tell the difference between my Rick and the Rick’s around me now?

“You know an alternate version of me?” I turned to look at the Rick behind me, despite the circumstances, I was fascinated by the odds of this happening.

“Oh, I know her very well.” He chuckled darkly. He bent down to whisper in my ear. “Do you like getting spanked too?” He asked in a sultry tone, and my whole body just heaved with warmth. I stood up in a flash, my barstool scraping against the floor. The four Rick’s blinked at me, and I looked between them all; not really knowing what to say.

“Um…” the pathetic noise rolled from my lips. It was like the God’s were smiling down upon me in that moment, because I saw my Rick emerge from the back. He took one look at my situation, literally surrounded by other Rick’s, and stalked towards me with a menacing expression. He shoved the Rick from behind me out of the way, and grabbed me by the arm, practically dragging me out of the bar. My heart was pounding, and I felt an achy throb between my legs. I don’t know exactly what had turned me on so badly, but being manhandled by Rick was definitely contributing. He pushed me up against the wall, caging me in with his arms either side of my head.

“Were you flirting with them?” He asked me, his tone abrasive to my ears but like honey to my arousal. I shook my head immediately.

“They just… swarmed. Like vulchers.” I told him, and he didn’t look surprised.

“What did you expect, hmm? I told you this wasn’t the- wasn’t a good place for you. Y-you know, I bet you were just praying for something like that to happen. What, you wanna get gangbanged- get fucked by a bunch of me’s? Is one Rick just not enough for you, hmm?” He seethed, though I could tell his anger wasn’t completely genuine.

“No, I… I didn’t want that to happen, Rick.” I said feebly, feeling my knees weaken.

“I think- I think you need to get a smacked ass. Don’t you?” He dropped his voice to a sensual growl, and I damn near whimpered. I nodded my head. Rick chuckled filthily, and pulled out his portal gun. He shot it at the wall, and pulled me through it.

now you have seen justice league what is your opinion on all of the dceu character interpretations so far?

oh all of them? alrighty i’ll just go over the main characters of each film because i know there are a LOT- possible VERY MINOR spoilers ahead for justice league but i’ll try to avoid that as much as i can

superman- i have said this time and time again and i’ll say it now, i absolutely love henry cavill as superman. i love his interpretation in mos and bvs and in justice league he just gets better and better. all the love.

batman- i’m still not completely sold on batfleck, but i don’t dislike him, i just feel like something’s off. he doesn’t feel as powerful as he should either. 

wonder woman- dceu wonder woman is my one and only, honestly, diana on film has given me so much more love and adoration for the character... best wonder woman ever by a long shot.

lois lane- i really love dceu lois! i think amy adams plays a fantastic adaptation of the character, still very much true to her other stories but managing to be something fresh, new and interesting as well. bless.

lex luthor- i’m aware a lot of people dislike jesse eisenberg’s lex but really, he’s the only iteration of lex i can stomach. i would sell my soul to dceu lex tbh but any other lex can choke. so yeah, i feel that dceu pretty much saved this character for me. now he’s my man. 

joker- honestly FUCK dceu joker. that isn’t joker, that’s jared leto self-projecting his damaged emo self onto a hot topic character and i fucking! hate! him! i feel the need to point out that it isn’t me thinking jared’s bad at acting either, because considering the direction the movie wanted him to go in, i genuinely think he did great even though i hate his guts. but this is a shit interpretation of some teenage gangster, not the one and only joker.

harley quinn- i really like dceu harley, she maintains a lot of the original characteristics of harley whilst translating to the big screen successfully. i could do with a little less sexualisation and ‘crazy!!! xD’ quotes but aside from that i feel like dceu harley is pretty decent. also margot robbie is the PERFECT harley quinn.

deadshot- boy am i a fan! i love will smith’s deadshot. he’s a smartass, funny, and skilled as hell, probably the only deadshot characterisation i really, truly love aside from maybe the new suicide squad comics.

the flash- having just seen justice league i willingly confess i love this interpretation of barry very much. could have done with less of the ‘awkward-teenage-boy’ shtick, but i blame that on joss whedon, not ezra miller, who plays a wonderful flash. also his backstory with his father was handled incredibly well and it’s canon that he’s jewish, listens to blackpink and watches rick and morty so

cyborg- honestly??? i was expecting to like cyborg more. but again something felt off. i don’t blame ray fisher for that, i blame the screenplay. he was a cool character but i’d like some more development, especially since cyborg was portrayed as a very edgy, emo character when i feel that’s not true to his character in pretty much anything else.

aquaman- listen. i HATE aquaman in pretty much everything else. but dceu aquaman saved my goddamn life. jason momoa is the best aquaman of all time and making him a real tough-guy, quippy bro-type was the greatest decision wb could have made. thank god for dceu arthur curry.

steve trevor- bitch i would DIE for steve trevor, best steve of all time, nothing wrong with this guy at all, i’m still crying over him

the amazons- oh boy howdy??? every time i watch a scene featuring the amazons i get 3235235% gayer??? and shoutout to their scene in justice league because it’s fucking incredible, i think the amazons as an entity are portrayed FLAWLESSLY

So uhm... not that I was planning it on making it so long but I didn’t had much time to reply in the first place, however, I am on summer break now so things will be somewhat easier, even though i’m still living a busy life! Maybe too busy for a teenager/adult like me

Thank you! ^-^ I’m looking forward to it as well! It’s going to be a hell of a road for the two of them, since I kind of gave away already how different they are compared to most kids and how they do create a really nice balance, friendship-wise.

I think this is such a sweet and thoughtful story. In particular I love how you've kept the sims relatively MM without being... well, tapioca. They're all quite pretty. Mortimer reminds me of the Bug-Catching Kid from Legend of Zelda 3. xD

Thank you for tweaking the hell out of Bella but still leaving her looking like Bella. She looks pretty hideous as a child and makes a horrific adult, but there's nothing some TLC won't cure.

Oh god she does! I actually compared Original ts3 bella with the sims 2 bella and I can see what EA tried to do but... it really didn’t turn out as good as thought probably. Which is funny! Because sunset valley is like filled with pudding and unique sims! Which makes me wonder if EA let 2 people create the assigned sim, or just a sim in general whereas one would make unique looking ones, while the other person would make... crappy ones. Who knows!

For the one I have though... I aged the adult bella down, tweaked her jaw a bit since it was a bit too much for a child. And... yeah! Then i also realised how I don’t have much makeup for kids at all XD I mean... facial-defining one, like, say cheek shading etc.

1. Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed? oh god, they HAVE to be closed. my childhood fear of monsters hasn’t really left. D:

2. Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotels? it depends - if i’m in a hotel in ireland, i won’t normally bother. if it’s somewhere like disneyland, then fuck yeah! little souvenir i guess. :D it’s not stealing, shut up and leave me alone

3. Do you sleep with your sheets tucked in or out? they have to be in. otherwise, since i wear a lot of pyjama shorts, i wake up with bare legs and then i’m cold. D:
