OK so I have a problem I have been trying to solve but I just don't know how.

This Retro Korean Kitchen is absolutely lovely but the counter seems to be causing an issue with the Moris' cat, Lucky. :/ Basically the moment he is left idle he errors out and sinks into the ground, giving me this error message. Annoyingly it happens consistently within seconds of him idling no matter where he is, so not just when he's trying to jump on the counter or something.

It's definitely that counter, because the problem goes away once I remove it. It's a shame, because it's a really nice set!

Does anyone have an idea how I might be able to fix it? I'm afraid I just don't know enough about the inner workings of objects, especially counters!

The house here you resisted was nice but it wasn't as comfortable as your own home. You missed your home, and for once you decided it was time to return home to meet back people you left.

Ji woon thrives off of being the center of the attention, professionally and within his personal 'hobbies.'

It's a given that Ji woon loves hearing his victims scream and beg for him to take pity in them because of his ego.

Hearing the various horror stories about the Trickster from other survivors, especially from his former manager, you were afraid of facing him- yet you had a curiosity about this knive throwing kpop star.

So when you, a new survivor, were unlucky (or lucky? Depends on your taste) enough to have a trial with Ji Woon, the kpop idol was immediately interested in you- most especially your screams.

Ji woon throughout the trial wondered to himself about what kind of cries and screams you would have as he feels your life slip away.

No ones prepared you when you first took a look at him. You were recently the final survivor as he hooked the Dwight that was on death hook. You were running the map, trying to look for the hatch so that you could escape.

You couldn't help but to look at him when you see the smooth skin of his muscular chest as he moves closer to you. The blades were hitting you as he chased you.

Just as you became injured, blood dripping on the ground, Ji woon trapped you into a corner. In a combination of fear and slight arousal, you did what anyone in your situation did:

"Ah, sir.. before you kill me, i will let you fuck me if you give me hatch. I'll do anything you'll want, just let me live.. I'm new and I obviously don't know what I'm doing here."

Ji woon noticed your nervous studder and bashful body language as you spoke. It was obvious to him that you found the kpop star attractive. If it wasn't the asking for sex, it was the apparent boner you had for him.

This isn't the first time trickster was offered sex from a victim. Given his status as a kpop star and his physical appearance, it wouldn't be a shocker that there's been a past where victims offered themselves to Ji-Woon.

But the real shocker for him was that you were the first guy who offered sex to him for hatch.

One side of the Korean man saw you and your offer as an ego boost. You were a rather good looking guy that wants him.

Yet being in the kpop industry, it's hard for a bi/ pan man like himself to have successful careers because of the producing companies strict rules and regulations on how stars should act.

This offer will end in one of three ways:

The first one is that you shocked Trickster to the point you quickly escape through the hatch.

Secondly, he would straight up mori you right in front of the hatch just because he's that kind of guy that when you just about to think that he would take your offer, he smirks before he moris you.

That last option is that he would take your offer. If this is the case then, you're going to earn your way to the hatch to not get into "too much" details.

I don't think that Ji woon is a extremely kinky sexual partner per say.

I see him leaning more towards playing out the fantasy that you idolize him and ended up being at the wrong place and time. Trickster is one of the most smug out of the killers and it shows.

☆ if u wanna avoid specific triggers I would HIGHLY recommend the website: doesthedogdie.com it tells you if a movie contains anything from needles to animal death, whatever you don't wanna see, it will tell you which movies to avoid! ☆

~ Spider Baby (1967) spooky vibes, a gothic black and white horror about two creepy sisters. this one definitely has a nicole vibe, and I don't remember it being too disturbing (also u don't see much bc it's b+w)

~ Flowers in the Attic (1987 and 2014) not particularly horror but a very spooky vibe, and of course Nicole got her stage name from this story! a gothic setting, family secrets and a horrifying conclusion, perfect autumnal watch (but be warned)

~ Carrie (1976) apart from one particularly bloody scene, the gore in this movie is minimal and not from wounds caused on screen, what happens when a bullied young girl with telekinesis is pushed to her limit? it's a classic for a reason and one of my faves, plus her prom look is gorgeous ♡ ~ ♡

~ Whispering Corridors: Memento Mori (1999) this movie is a classic Korean ghost story, and one of the first films in South Korean cinema to feature a kiss between two girls. the relationship between these two girls is complicated, but it has a true message of bullying in school and homophobia

~ House of Voices/Saint Ange (2004) creepy girls boarding school, and the two lead actresses are so pretty and I've posted screencaps of it before. ghost story with gorgeous visuals and Nicole would probs love this movie

~ Black Swan (2010) obsession, perfection, beauty, girl becomes woman (and it's terrifying). I LOVE this movie, there's a few body horror scenes however the psychological is what makes it an amazing film!! Classic, I could rewatch it forever and Nina's outfits are to DIE FOR. balletcore slay

~ Look Away (2018) and My Sweet Audrina (2016) both starring the lovely India Eisley and have a gloomy atmosphere and not very gory at all. both are some of my fave movies, look away is all about beauty and a shy girl becomes popular after discovering her darker side in her reflection. and my sweet audrina is about a girl who can't leave her gothic house after her sister (with the same name as her) died tragically in the woods.

i’m not a great resource for asian or even just east asian queer film, since most of my interest and familiarity is with chinese film (although the third wife (2018), memento mori (1999), and tokyo godfathers (2003) are queer-themed vietnamese, south korean, and japanese films i’ve enjoyed). in terms of mainland chinese, hong kong, and taiwanese queer film, “the big ones” are farewell my concubine (1993), happy together (1997), and the wedding banquet (1993), all of which are excellent and broadly accessible films. i’m not sure exactly what the nature of your screening is, so if you would prefer a documentary, yang ± yin: gender in chinese cinema (1996) is both an excellent documentary and an excellent resource. tsai ming-liang’s films are also incredible and frequently queer themed—i particularly loved goodbye, dragon inn (2003)—but they can be a little difficult for people who aren’t used to slow cinema. i haven’t seen east palace, west palace (1996) or lan yu (2001) yet, but i know they were both groundbreaking, and if you would prefer a fun queer-themed supernatural mystery, then of course i have to point you to marry my dead body (2023). hopefully this is an okay starting place, people in the notes let me know if i’ve missed something big

Food question!

If someone made birthday meals for everyone on their special day, what would they want to eat + desserts?

What's your favorite food and dessert?

Mori really likes Mexican food, right now he's a huge birria tacos slut so a big plate of that would probably be a first request. He doesn't have the biggest sweet tooth in the world but he's weak to a good brownie and will steal all the edge pieces. This will put him into a food coma.

Amir is SUPER into trying new foods and honestly he'd probably request to eat YOUR favorite food for the experience. That being said if pressed he has a list of weird food he's dying to try to pick from (1am Denny's Moons Over My Hammy, the sloppiest cheeseburger fries and chocolate shake, texas style bbq, carolina style bbq, roll ice cream, chicago pizza, Tim Horton's, etc etc). His favorite dessert is actually something from his childhood- shocking since he didn't have a great one- but he loves rice pudding flavored with orange blossom and cardamom.

Akello is a seafood fiend and also grew up with a family very inclined to cook. His go to special occasion meal is probably shrimp or crab either grilled or done in a big pot-boil style with a metric ton of hot sauce. Bonus if you can get your hands on any of his family's homemade stuff. Akello lies about having a sweet tooth too, get him a big slice of cheesecake, he will destroy it.

Kazu will eat literally anything happily for the most part but his favorite food is steak. Specifically big, aged, high quality steak that he rarely treats himself to. A big fat aged ribeye or if you got the dollars Miyazaki Wagyu will make a lasting impression. He doesn't have a super strong sweet tooth but a big ass parfait with lots of fruit is impossible for him not to enjoy. He esp likes strawberry and kiwi.

Raath doesn't get birthdays enough to make the request but his favorite food is lamb, especially grilled or spit roasted and especially with a ton of lemon and flatbread to eat it with. You can tell he's enjoying it because he's too focused on eating to make his normal petty banter. His sheltered and kinda utilitarian upbringing leaves him less knowledgeable about desserts but he'd be surprisingly into lemon or orange sherbet.

Marcel wants to go out, for sure, instead of relegating you to cooking for him. He's not picky but tends to favor Experience restaurants instead of of going to favorite standbys. Korean barbecue has been a big hit with him lately so he'd probably want to get in on that. Also he loves sugar in general but a birthday demands birthday cake and he likes the basic kind you make with funfetti box mix absolutely best of all.

ALSO UH 👉👈 idk I'm not a picky eater and like almost everything. My birthday was actually last week and I requested ceviche from my absolute favorite shop. My partner and I ate it with tortilla chips, extra lime, and a really dark, thick hot sauce the shop's owner makes. Its so good and its nice not to have a hot heavy meal when its so balls hot out this time of year. As far as sweet stuff goes, I'm usually really partial to cheesecake but for a change of pace my partner got me a strawberry flavored birthday cake with chocolate frosting and it was super good.

THE BEAUTY OF ART

What makes art so appealing is its ability to inspire us‚ arouse intense emotions in us‚ and change our points of view. One of its most exquisite aspects is the depth of art. Art adherents cherish each form since it has a unique beauty of its own. Due to its complexity‚ which allows us to experience a wide range of emotions and points of view‚ art is a universal language that speaks to everyone. When we are in the presence of art‚ we experience things. Strong emotions‚ such as love‚ hate‚ joy‚ or despair‚ can be evoked in us by art. It can illuminate suppressed feelings and broaden our self-awareness. It reflects our commonality as humans and has the ability to transcend both time and space. As Pablo Picasso once said‚ “The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls”. Let’s not cease recognizing and respecting the beauty of art in all its forms. It serves as a reminder to recognize the beauty of life and to see the world from a fresh perspective. Thus‚ a picture might convey peace or anarchy‚ depending on the artist’s viewpoint. These days‚ I’ve made it a routine of going to museums. I always find tranquility and a calm day when I look at various works of art at different museums. My favorite little getaway is to visit a museum; it provides me with a sense of calm‚ relaxation‚ and some peace of mind. I really enjoy going to museums because of this‚ in addition to the fact that the artworks are breathtaking and some of it can even have deeper meanings that people can even relate to. One piece of artwork had caught my attention and it reminded me of one of our choreographies‚ which made me chuckle. The pose was the same one as in the part where Chaewon sings‚ “Boom‚ boom‚ boom 내 심장이 뛰네." in our song‚ Eve‚ Psyche‚ and the Bluebeard’s wife. I couldn’t help but take a photo of myself in the exact same pose as the artwork since it was so adorable. The “KEITH HARING Art to the Streets” exhibition at the Mori Art Museum in Japan was the last collection of museum photos I shared on Instagram‚ in the month of December. Minoru Mori‚ a real estate magnate‚ founded the contemporary art museum known as the Mori Art Museum. It is located in the Roppongi Hills complex in Tokyo‚ Japan‚ a commercial and cultural mega-complex that also houses the Mori Tower. I also took a photo of a Keith Haring phrase in Japanese and translated it into Korean. The quotation from 1987'3 #20 B (Keith Haring‚ Keith Haring Journals‚ 1987) reads‚ “Art is immortal. People die. I die too. But I’m not really dying‚ ‘cause my art lives inside everyone”. Pop artist Keith Haring is a well-known figure. But what really makes him renowned are his cartoon-like illustrations and audacious use of color. It is also generally known that he writes with a great deal of lines. Art is for everybody. Art is no longer exclusive to the rich; everyone may appreciate it nowadays. Through this medium‚ people may be inspired‚ healed‚ and united. The advancement of technology and the internet has led to a rise in accessibility and inclusion‚ removing prior barriers.The beauty of art must be acknowledged and embraced since it permeates all aspect of our lives. The saying goes‚ “Art is not what you see‚ but what you make others see”. Therefore‚ we should widen our minds and eyes to the world of art and discover the artist within of us.

I just recently uploaded a new batch of museum photos to Instagram‚ have you guys seen it? This time‚ the exhibition is being presented at Pace Gallery‚ 267 Itaewon-ro‚ Hannam-dong‚ Yongsan-gu‚ Seoul‚ South Korea‚ and is entitled “Cosmic Sensibility”. This marks the first solo show by the artist‚ Kōhei Nawa‚ in Pace’s gallery in Korea’s capital‚ Cosmic Sensibility‚ will run from November 22, 2023‚ until January 20, 2024. Nawa has always been fascinated by the sensuous‚ phenomenological‚ and perceptual aspects of art. This exhibition will showcase his interest in these themes by combining paintings and sculptures from five different bodies of work‚ including his most recent Spark series. This exhibit features both recently created works from his highly acclaimed PixCell series and his never-before-seen Spark sculptures. The diverse body of work by interdisciplinary sculptor Kōhei Nawa explores the limits between artificial and natural surroundings as well as the perception of real and virtual space. He produces a broad spectrum of work in the disciplines of painting, drawing‚ sculpture‚ installation‚ and many areas of design for collaborative projects through his Kyoto-based studio‚ Sandwich.
