Reasons I never got into Solavellan

Playing as Lavellan genuinely squicked me out because she looked like a stick bug. Like forreal her stick arms and legs made me uncomfortable when I watched her locomote on my screen. We're talking a mild sort of body horror feeling. No I am not kidding.

Solas being just extremely condescending to her at all times. Like non-stop.

Struggling to make a Lavellan that didn't look super young, but even if you made her look older, she'd still act like a wide-eyed teenager at him.

Just the very clearly unequal dynamic that doesn't get challenged or subverted or even examined, really. He's always holding all the cards and all the answers. It gets tiresome and uninteresting after the initial mystery fades.

I think him and my mage Trevelyan had so much potential for intrigue and way more chemistry as friends-to-lovers, tbh.

just FYI, mondoweiss is rated as questionable on mediabiasfactcheck, and the news about the ban on Palestine flag is another example - it was basically just something he instructed the police to do during demonstrations, and they CAN do it, but they haven't so far. In the last two weekends there have been multiple protests with Pro-Palestine elements, no one bothered them, they are visible in many pics. TL;DR don't just spread news without checking the source please
