Amari hated this. She knew she was slightly crazy, she knew she wasn’t perfectly right in the head—but that didn’t make this any easier.

Amari felt like she was being watched. For days on end. She knew it wasn’t real, but it was still so scary. Everywhere she went, there was the constant anxiety that someone was watching her, waiting to do…whatever.

She kept trying to remind herself that it wasnt real, that she was safe. But it wasnt working- so she went to someone who made her feel safe.
