Incredibly tiny detail I noticed about one of the renegade skills

So what's the detail? Well look at the flavour text, it specifically calls out that it's a rift in time. And it specifically calls out that the united legions are the source of this artillery. The united legions only formed during Icebrood Saga in response to Bangar's dominion, before then the legions, as far as I can tell, didn't call themselves united. This would suggest that the renegade's rift opens a portal specifically to the charr civil war during IBS and steals some of their artillery strikes.

Now is this true? Eh, probably not. At best they'd be opening a portal to a fractal recreation of the civil war, but I find it humourous to imagine that the united legions were losing before the commander arrived because renegades of the past and future kept stealing their artillery barrages
